When I asked again I knew we were going to take the brunt of the work but most soldiers want revenge for losing buddies in the field and if we weren't here they would have to do it, themselves anyway and die trying, so what is the difference.   I think it is a mistake to force march ourselves because of lost spells, lack of a plan etc.   I do understand the need for it though and I do understand why the GM DOESN'T WANT TO BRING MORE NPC'S ALONG BUT STILL THE FOUR OF US HAVEN'T WORKED AS A TEAM YET AT ALL.

(THE REASON WHY I WANT THEM ALONG IS SO THEY CAN EITHER DISTRACT THE OTHER BAD GUYS WHILE WE PLAY WITH THE LEADERS OR TO PLAY WITH THE OTHER BAD GUYS WHILE WE DEAL WITH THE MAIN FORCE.)

The evil fey are going to a druid circle to destroy the lore stone by exposing it to light while in a druid circle.  If you don't march all night than you won't get there in time and the fey will already have destroyed the magical druid artifact.

As for bringing the gnomes along, no.  And I am not even going to try to explain why because by your SHOUTING, I don't think you would listen anyway.

Yes I would listen because I wasn't shouting its just easier for me to continue to typing than to switch back and forth.    Even though it is a mistake in my opinion, I understand that time is of the essence so I will go on the expedition to the evil fey land.    My endurance feat will suit me just fine.

Sorry, I was not aware.  CAPITALIZATION is typically used in the context of shouting.  And when you shift to all caps in the middle of it really sounds like you are complaining and complaining LOUDLY!  Sorry if that wasn't the case.


What is a mistake, not taking the gnomes or traveling all night or both?

After looking back I have stated this, but maybe I didn't make it crystal clear.  The fey stole a magical druid artifact called a Lorestone and are currently heading toward a druid circle to destroy it at dawn.  Apparently if it exposed to sunlight in a druid circle it will be destroyed.  The druid circle is far enough away that if you travel all night you are going to get there at just about dawn.  If you get there much past dawn then odds are the Lorestone will be destroyed.

Are you ok with the evil fey destroying the druid artifact known as the Lorestone?  Also, you know where they will be at dawn tomorrow, but after that who knows where they will be.  You would be hunting for evil fey in a fey infested forest.

About leaving the goat and mule behind, when I offered to have the gnomes keep them I was making no value judgement on whether you should or should not take them with you.  I was merely offering to take care of them if you wanted to leave them.  Much like leaving a weapon behind, why you want to choose to do so is important.  You obviously think it is a good idea, what makes it a good idea?  You need to have a reason...what is that reason?

I am curious, why were you not going to leave it with the gnomes?  Why are you going to leave it now?

Me thinks Conan will go down this turn for two reasons; one he got hit already for 26 pts. and two he missed his target.    He might be up one more turn without any healing because of his Orcish Ferocity.

Hello all. Just wanted to say hi. Miss you goof balls!

This will not involve much combat.  It will basically come down to a single roll by the Quasit to see if he detects this as a trap or not.  I will have Yin roll a dice at home for that, so blame him if it doesn't work.  Hopefully that will be later today.

Bobbles loot is in the loot thread, if you want a memento to remember Bobble by you can "buy" his stuff at 1/2 price (except for Hemzels druid dagger, that has to be sold to repay Makoto and Yin).  Makoto is thinking about the small sized cold iron and silver daggers to use as cooking/lab equipment, 2 guard dogs and the goat as her new animal companion(until it dies) - unless someone else wants those things.  Also, Bobble had some gp on him, that is going back to his family and/or to buying a fancy memorial or something.  Conan wants the Spell component pouch.
