That doesn't actually stock the bar. If it did, that would be a really cheap bar and really cheap alcohol. If you want a truly comprehensive selection of drinks, 1,500Cr should give you a good choice. If you plan on doing a LOT of drinking, double that to include a reserve.

Remember we also restocked the one ton of luxuries for 100k.  Presumably, that has some consumables.  But, Sharik would also pay additional consumables (and not just alcohol) as necessary.  I presume with Carouse/3 and a decent INT/EDU modifier that she potentially has a decent knowledge of various libations as well.   Admittedly, she doesn't have any Steward skill (but does have JoAT/3).
