There is a mixture of serving men (about 2) and "Arm candy" men much like the one your guide. All in all there was only about 5 or so men.

Stairs are clear, you will come to them at the bottom being all stealthy.

Eclair left the mug of spirits that was given to Angrboda, You can have easily taken that one Rael.

And for Eclair, You can be stealthy, it looks like they are fairly wrapped up in the game.
