So obviously I haven't posted for Khazim in a while. It isn't the game or the players but I am feeling disconnected for some reason and not sure how to reconnect. It might be better if I step out because I don't want to hold the rest of you back while you are all playing so well.

No problem, Sometimes a game just isn't want is expected or playstyles just clash. No hard feelings, and thanks for at least checking in. If there is anything I can do, let me know. This game is ups and downs, it is designed to at some point let every kind of character have their spotlight.

Just give me a heads up if you do ever want back in. As some can attest, there are many places to get people into and out of the game further along.

Are we all downstairs hiding?

Here are the relative positions.
Angrboda, Viktor, Lars, and Khazim are at the top of the stairs looking down.
Eclair is hiding in the shadows by the wine racks.
Guard #1, is getting a lap dance (Tee Hee, sorry but I had to). He is starting to look all blank faced.
Guard #2 is walking away from the table about halfway between the stairs and the table.
Rael, is giving a lap dance :)

Right now Rael has the chance to stab the other in the back if he really wants to. OR Eclair can jump out and yell surprise with a birthday hat on for the other guards birthday :D

Sorry, just had the first grillout of the year, on the new grill. As most people know, in order to grill properly you need  the celebratory beer, or two, or more since it was the first of the year on a fresh spanky new grill

First one of the year?  My gaming group grills every Friday (no matter the weather).  Nothing like consuming mass quantities of meat while gaming....:)

We had a storm that picked up and tossed my large cast iron grill last year. I purchased the new one mid-winter and did not have time to assemble till the other day. so yup, first one of the year and first burn on a new grill.

I no longer get to TT game, my minis sit collecting dust. my books sit on the shelf unused, till this place was shown to me.

I'll try and get you all killed by the second guard here in a bit. I'm just enjoying Rael's lapdancing to much

Sad to hear of dusty minis and unused books. I don't TT right now either if that helps! RPoL is nice that way. Fits the schedule better. Do miss the TT atmosphere a little bit, but not over much.

Also, grilling out in MN during the winter is not necessarily an awesome idea...

Another player. I admit the slower post rate seems to be a problem.

However I made the game slower to accommodate everyone's busy schedule
I want the game to be fun for all and freely take any advice to help improve.

Is Khazim still with us or are you NPCing him?

I think five active players should be fine, six would also be good but not a must.

Khazim is still around. For the most part however i am playing him. At least until he is back into the swing of things.

I tossed up the bump for the game again. If we get a new person great, if not, well I'll toss it up again and see how things go. I've got a handful of spots coming up where I can slide a person in with minimal effort.

I've received a bunch of RTJ's I'm working with a few to see if they they can refine their concepts so I can slide them into the game. Basically doing what I did with all of you to get things somewhat on par.

Felt like a good spot for you all to get a skill check. sometimes that extra point or two learned might make or break the castle assault. Started new thread, roll your skills. I'll open the sheets to make your adjustments

Also, Been dealing with killer bronchitis right now. so please bear with me if I take a bit longer to get back as much of my time asleep.

Yes the Grey Lord looked like a zombie from the Walking Dead earlier in the week...

According to the map beside the gazebo there are a couple more structure where we are? what kind of structures are there.

Also, looking at the map again, I am not so sure I understand where we are suppose to be heading :)
