My company decided that the cure for overtime was to cut staffing 25% & make everyone's territory 30% larger.

I'm not going to be able to post for another couple of weeks while this crap get's straightened out - I've been doing 14-20 hour days 6 days a week :(

Ouch. Sorry to hear that.  Hope things calm down and you are not too burned out.  Let me know when you feel up to returning to the game.
