As the punk follows him he begin to open the pathway so that with a step they will end up in his Lair, where he can cut loose. He focuses his mind on the connections of the uneven ground and tripping hazards, and the corrosion all around and using them to connect to the blighted forrest of his nightmare world. Trying to rip open a doorway there, the universe crackles and the doorway opens drawing both of them into his lair.

The world the knife carrying punk knew vanished as buildings became burn and scared husks of trees the ground seethed and caustic blighted ash filled the air. Ahead of him the man he was chasing would vanish replaced by something on 4 legs, the size of a grizzly bear white scaled it turns to face him blighted fire hanging about it's vicious toothed maw. "Abandon all Hope ye who entered here."

Corrosion - 1A damage/turn to all organic living matter other than me or guests with my protection...which he does not include this punk. The area is seeped with dragon blight like in the old stories where a dragon's presence scars the landscape and is akin to poisonous.
Jagged - The ground is strewn with the burnt husks of trees in what was once a forrest. Think a Petrified forrest that has been knocked down. Physical dice rolls to keep a sure footing suffer a –2 dice penalty and apply the Knocked Down Tilt on failure. Characters falling suffer two points of bashing damage))
