Can Logan throw Czarine at the rust monster?  (Not even going to try and spell it.) Can he specifically aim for the antenna to force a save?  (IE, basically making a ranged improvised weapon attack.)

Furthermore, i just KOed someone holding, i think, one of the daggers... is it possible to kick the weapon through Kogo's square so he cn see it and eat it? Or is the best course of action to kill everyone and keep the rust monster alive?

PS: Beni, falling down the stairs wasn't your turn. That took place during the enemy's turn.

Actually, it has been a crazy six months. I was made redundant from my job in the oil patch in October of last year. At least I had a strong suspicion that it was coming so I had started looking for positions in other industries and in fact I'd had a first interview before the proverbial hit the fan. My prediction was correction, and my entire department got shut down, although at least some of us got offered positions elsewhere in the company. I was offered something but took the risk and said 'no' to the alternative position - it was back in the operations office on the west coast and was effectively the job I'd come from three years ago - so I took redundancy.

The timing was good. I had a second interview the next day and could now give my old boss as a reference. He must have said nice things about me because I got a job offer the next day.

I love the new job and it is interesting working in a different industry - I'm now in the pharmaceutical industry now. Screw Big Oil, it's Big Pharma all the way, baby. :D

Oh, and I get to collect my salary from my old employer for nine months even though I am working somewhere else. How nice of them!

I was just commenting in another game how well I've been rolling lately...but not here!

Things move slowly, searching from a different country makes it difficult. Also, at the level I am looking there seems to be very little in Spain. Elsewhere you start getting onto problems for work permits etc.

Anyways... I expected it to be slow, and I am in no real hurry as long as the situation remains more or less stable in Tunisia.

I put in as a Graphic Designer (go figure, huh?) at my main company. I am a 'Jr Graphic Artist' now and work for one of their subsidiary. We make spinal implants... so I guess it's like Big Pharma!

I have recently accepted a position working at a large firm here in the DC area doing machine learning with quantum computing, which is a nice combination of my data science and physics backgrounds. I don't start for another few months since I'm still teaching Physics, but I'm looking forward to it!

Seems like almost everyone is changing jobs or looking to do so!

That is the way of the world now. Very few of us have long careers in one company anymore - doing that is a way of consigning yourself to a lower lifetime income.
