Straining his back muscles, Alohan lifts the frogmen off the bed, almost losing his balance from the shifting of the springs. With his feet set, Alohan lifts the bullywug high, grits his teeth, and attempts to suplex the creature off Lavinia's bed.

OOC: John, since I forgot about you last round so you can go ahead and take another attack this round.

This is pretty much how Alohan spends most of his time off - vigorously wrestling on a bed, but his dates are usually much prettier than Bua Gorg and the islander is put off by this. So despite having a massive strength and skill advantage over the bullywug cleric, Alohan allows the pustulant bullywug to slip his grasp. Bua Gorg climbs to his feet at the head of the bed, and croaking victoriously starts another attempt at casting a spell.

OOC: Sorry, just short. You needed to roll a 4 or above even with the rage taken into account.

OOC: And -4 dex taken into account as well.

OOC: Of course, if Angati were successful in doing an 'assist others' she could add +2 and then it would be a pass...

This does feel a lot like metagaming so... unless you think it is not because Angati would have the time to see that her efforts would change the outcome I'd rather not do this.

Other than this, wouldn't Angati get AoOs for the bullywug standing up, and for his attempt to cast ?. Same would Alohan I think.

OOC: We have to make some concessions to this being an online game... I'm sure that around the table top you would've discussed it and come up with the plan but thanks to the online format of this game and the different time zone so that the players reside in that just isn't possible. So feel free to help Alohan out if you want to.

As for the casting and getting up: that was flavour text only. Alohan never managed to get him prone and Bau Gorg will start casting on his own round - at which point he will trigger an AoO. But I can't just describe him as standing there! Surely he is doing something...

Keeping the frog man tied up in Alohan's embrace was the best thing to do the way things were, so Angati tried to help holding the frogman's arms while Alohan handled the rest. She managed to keep those hands from scurrying about at least long enough for Alohan to establish a more solid hold on the man.

Kassius trusts Kibeti and Harliss to take care of a blinded raging pirate thing, and Alohan seems to have successfully wrestled down the Bullywug caster. So he spins on his feet and plants two arrows through the neck of the unblinded bullwyug.

Kibeti meanwhile bites and claws weakly, and misses the crazed pirate's random movements. Then Kibeti's other paw gets the man in the gut, ripping out various important bits in an bloody mess.

Kassius lands arrow after arrow into the soft neck flesh of BW1. The bullywug is flung back into the wall of the hallway, its lifeless form falling into a green bloody heap on the floor.

"That's the way laddie!" yells out Kaskus as he runs past the blinded BW2 right at BW4, therefore leaving the vulnerable Liamae and Celene totally unguarded. The druid slips on the hall-rug and almost lands flat on his face - he comes nowhere close to hitting his target (moves to F17).

Kibeti tears into Drevoraz - the blinded savage pirate powerless to do anything more than snarl in frustration.

OOC: Geez buddy, some some crits for the other guys will ya!

Both arrows required to bring down BW1.

Urol hits BW4 again (7 hp damage).

Harliss calmly walks around the flailing Drevoraz in order to flank with Kibeti (to I1) then grimly sets about cutting up the cursed creature (18 hp damage).

Lavinia runs back into the master bedroom and Liamae follows her. True, there is a chaotic cleric and demonically possessed sailor in there, but they look to be less of a threat that the bullywugs out in the corridor right now. (I guess they end up somewhere like F9 & G9).

Angati did not lose much time, without thinking it twice, she made her morningstar spin to try to hit the pinned bullywug. It was supposed to be easy but her fear for hitting Alohan instead made her swing feebly, and just leave a few marks on the mage.

Somehow he manages to connect with his scimitar and slices a deep gash along Kibeti's back (16 hp damage). The cat is wise enough to stay away from his bite though.

"Call of yeh little pussy-cat boy!" yells Harliss in between her sword strokes. "I have this in hand."

Bua Gorg croaks and struggles - with one almost superhuman heave he tries to shove the combined weight of Alohan and Angati off him - in the process of this he rips his putrid throat pouch right off.

It is too no avail - he has no chance of escaping the islander's vice like grip. (had to roll a 25 on a d20 so wasn't gunna happen.)

Meanwhile, out in the corridor:

BW2 wanders around, croacking in fury and holding its webbed hands out in front of itself as it tries to figure out where the hell it is.

BW3 and BW4 draw their clubs and try to give Kaskus Kiel a good drubbing - they both hit the hapless dwarf (10 hp damage).

OOC: Okay, internet going down every 2 minutes this morning as well.

Angati hits the pinned Bua Gorg. Players' round begins.

Now on the ground laying partial atop the bullywug, Alohan slipped his arm beneath the creature's shoulder and locked it behind it's neck. It took some effort -consisting of squirming maneuvers and quick jerks in succession- but he was able to entwine his arms in the other. Despite its anatomy being not what Alohan was used to, he was able to lock the bullywug in such a vice grip that the creature would be hard pressed to escape.

Despite this, the bullywug continued his struggle but Alohan only tightened his grip. He glanced at Angati and squeezed against the creature's throat. Any thought to his own saftey was ignored as he torqued his arm with such ferocity it threatened to dislodge his own shoulder. His quarry bucked and squirmed, attempting to dislodge him and Alohan did his best to stay ahead of the attempts, not particularly concerned with how long it might take for him to snap the beast's neck. His companions would have to do without him for the moment.

BW3 attacks Kaskus but the dwarf ducks and the creature's club ended up embedded in the side of the hallway (nat 1 rolled).

BW2 continues croaking despairingly and moves in a random direction - it moves in exactly the wrong direction and ends up moving away from the spellcasters and archers.

Bua Gorg starts foaming at the mouth like a snail with salt poured on it, but proves unable to achieve anything else.

The blinded Drevoraz continues attacking Kibeti but swings at the spot where the cat had just been - he misses by a mile.
