Celene:
Quick question. Does the song allow for a second save if they are going to hurt themselves?
OOC: Missed this before. No, unlike a harpy's song it doesn't allow a reroll when someone is going to hurt themselves. But on the other hand it only effects one male person unlike a harpy's song which effect multiple people of any gender.
Alohan:
13:24, Yesterday: Alohan Nuari rolled 21 using 1d20+8. Fort vs them Boobies.
Heh. Just found that in the dice roller.
Karthack leaps forward to heal Celene (15 hp healed thanks to a good roll with cure moderate wounds).
"Come on girl! Get out of here, we're gunna get fried out in the open!"

<START OF BAD GUYS' TURN THREE>
The spiritual ally steps forward to make sure it is at a good range to continue whipping Celene, but actually misses! (thanks to mage armour).
Nylaria steps back a few feet and then gestures in the direction of Celene again (she really has it in for you!). Another lightning bolt cracks down and fries Celene, Kassius and Karthack.
OOC: You know the drill. 3d6 damage (roll yourself) and make a DC16 reflex save for half. Karthack fails his save and takes 10 more points of damage.
"Get her! Get the blonde one!" she screams at the ballet dancers. The reluctant girls stream forward.
Then she points at Kibeti and casts a spell, chuckling to herself as she does it.
OOC: Make a DC15 fort save or be blinded Kibeti.
The last maid continues calling to Kassius (DC16 will save Kassius or walk into the pool of NaOH in front of her and take 2d6 points of 'acid' damage).
The dancing girls start leaping at Celene, ignoring the daggers in their hands for the time being and just trying to drag her down in a massive ruck. The sorceress managers to fend them off for the time being. Karthack grabs her by the sleave.
"Come on! Let's retreat into the corridor and close the door while we heal." The old dwarf's hair is on end and scorched in one spot from the two rounds of lightning he's taken.
Meanwhile, the battle is raging between the Whirling Furies and the golems. Fights-with-lightning has unstrung his bow and sends bolt after bold of lightning from it into the side of the savage female construct. The oriental barbarian slices into the porphyry boy with his katana making little impact. Vorsh makes pin-point attacks, focusing on it's calve muscles. Lady Silvermane shoots orbs of pure white light into the eyes of both of the creatures.
...and the lich continues cowering in the corner.
"Come on Hamish! We're dying out here! We need you buddy!" screams Vorsh.
The undead wizard stirs.
"Come on Hamish," he mutters to himself.
"Pull yourself together man. Come on Hamish!"
The robed skeleton gets to his feet and starts casting his spell... a ninth level spell with meta-magic...
High up above Mystara a chunk of rock the size of Sasserine is pulled from orbit, slowly at first and then with increasing speed it tumbles down out of the heavens. By the time it reaches the 'sky-shield', the magical barrier that stops Mystara's atmosphere from being sucked off into space [1], it is moving at the speed of sound and blasts through that portion of the barrier without even slowing down.
People across Mystara cry out and point to the sky as the meteor flames across the heavens and sheds mass as it burns [2]. Even with the massive mass dissolution, by the time it reaches the northern coast of Davinia where Sasserine is located it is still the size of the opera house. The sonic boom of it coming in over the city blows out every window and makes people out on the street deaf for days - and then it actually impacts.
The blast causes the opera house to simply cease to exist, and every house within a block is vaporised. There is extensive damage to the rest of the Noble District as the shock wave flattens walls and rips up trees.
[1] Well Kassius, how else did you think it worked? Gravity? Pfft!
[2] Yeah, yeah Kassius. I know that real meteors cross the atmosphere in fractions of a second but it is so much more fun if it travels slower so people can actually notice it. Anyway, that is how it happens in the movies.
Down in the basement, under the opera house, the meteor punches down like a missile - right above the head of the golem made of stitched together vaginas. The creature can do no more than look up at the noise before the ceiling collapses and the red hot burning projectile hits it right on the head... and then explodes in the middle of it.
The blast rips the rest of the ceiling of the room down and then a pit opens up all the way from the surface down to the basement. The day's light shines down and reveals a chaotic jumble of grey stone and purple rock with barbarians trapped underneath pieces of it. Every barbarian is covered is red chunks of bleeding raw meat.
Vorsh pushes a block of porphyry off himself and get to his feet, coughing and patting off the dust which covers him from head to toe and whipping at the crimson gore.
"Hamish you crazy undead fracker, what did you do?!"
Down the other end of what was the room, the lich climbs to his feet, his green eyes glowing even more fiercely than usual. He looks around the carnage and at the spots where the two contructs previously stood.
"Yeah! How about dem apples? HOW ABOUT DEM APPLES?!" he screams out in bliss as he turns back to Vorsh.
Perhaps it is a blessing that he doesn't see Porphyry Boy throw off the debris covering it and climb to its feet. Perhaps it is just as well that he doesn't hear Vorsh's shouted warning. The golem lifts up his engorged manhood and slams it down on the lich. Hamish McDougall is splattered across the room.
"Ahhh! It's not down! I repeat, Porphyry Boy is not down!" With a groan the Whriling Furies rouse themselves to continue the fight.
