Playable Classes

Again, if it is not on this list please do not ask. I want to keep the flavor of the setting. These are the classes currently allowed for PCs. It is subject to change. Please pay attention to my edits.

BARBARIAN: The class is fine but access to it is rather limited because there are only a few places they exist in Destivia.
CLERIC: This class is just fine and peachy. Use and follow a deity from this game's pantheon. https://www.d20pfsrd.com/classes/core-classes/cleric
FIGHTER: Use the Pathfinder version: https://www.d20pfsrd.com/classes/core-classes/fighter Now go ahead and get 3 Skill points per level instead of 2, then add both Perception and Search to your list of Class Skills. Now your class is dope.
DRUID: Like the Barbarian, Druids exist but they are very, very rare in Destivia and may not be appropriate for the campaign.
HEXBLADE: This class here: https://srd.dndtools.org/srd/c...seCwar/hexblade.html But wait! You now get Knowledge: Religion, Use Magic Device, Heal, Ride, Handle Animal, and Survival added to your class skills. You also get 4 Skill points per level instead of 2. You also get good Fortitude Saves, and can wear medium armor. Finally. You get to use your Curse ability 1 + Charisma Mod / Daily instead of just what the book says. Now your class is dope.
MONK: Some love this class and others not so much. No changes. https://www.d20pfsrd.com/classes/core-classes/monk
NINJA: A favorite, way better than a pirate here: https://www.d20pfsrd.com/class...ernate-classes/ninja Proficiencies include Chain Whip, Cahulaks, Tonfa, Blowgun, & Warfan. Begin with Improved Unarmed Strike.
PALADIN: https://www.d20pfsrd.com/classes/core-classes/paladin 3 Skill points per level instead of 2. Must be within one step of deity's alignment. Must follow a deity from the pantheon.
PSIONIST: Don't fix what isn't broken. https://www.d20pfsrd.com/alter...ashed/classes/psion/
PSYCHIC WARRIOR: No changes. https://www.d20pfsrd.com/alter...ses/psychic-warrior/
RANGER: Rangers are most common among the elves, and even then they are rare. Personally, I am more than a little dual-wield ranger'd out, and am not likely to consider one if there are other options on the table.
ROGUE: Don't fix what isn't broken. https://www.d20pfsrd.com/classes/core-classes/rogue
SAMURAI: Needs some love. Use this version: https://dndtools.net/classes/samurai/ Now right off the top, Die Hard as a bonus feat at level 1. The Fighter's Bravery ability at Level 2 (it progresses like the Fighter's too), and d12s for Hit Points instead of d10s. At levels 3, 7, & 11, the Samurai also gets Toughness I, II, & III as bonus Feats. The swords referenced in the Daisho set are the Orakku Katana and Wakazashi. Now the Skills: Add Swim, Performance, Bluff, Acrobatics, Knowledge (History), Knowledge (Geography), and Handle Animal to your list of Class Skills. You now get 4 Skill points per level instead of 2. Finally the Kai Smite is available 1 + Charisma Mod / Daily instead of just once daily. Now you are a triple dope two weapon fighting heavy that can pass for a talker.
SCOUT: This class does not need tweaked. https://www.d20pfsrd.com/class...ripod-machine/scout/
SHAMAN: This class, https://www.d20pfsrd.com/class...brid-classes/shaman/ but Shamans are extremely rare, even more so than druids and almost always appear among savage humanoids.
SLAYER: This class here, https://www.d20pfsrd.com/classes/hybrid-classes/slayer is just fine, with one big exception. If you choose a combat style (like Ranger Combat Style), you MUST meet all prerequisites for abilities.
SOHEI: Use this class here: http://srd.dndtools.org/srd/classes/baseOa/sohei.html Then we give her good attack bonus progression. For Skills and Skill points, get rid of Iaijutsu Focus (it doesn't exist in this game). Add Knowledge (History), Climb, Acrobatics, Sense Motive, & Perception to the list of class skills. You now get 3 Skill points per level instead of 2. Your class looks pretty chill to me.
SORCERER: Already a beast class featured here: https://www.d20pfsrd.com/classes/core-classes/sorcerer No changes made. However, Humans with at least a half-elf grandparent and become a sorcerer are restricted to the four Elemental bloodlines. Ashlundi can also choose Undead. Everyone else can choose from the four Elementals, Undead, Celestial, Infernal, Verdant, or Arcane bloodlines. Outside of the Elementals, Arcane is the most common.
SOULKNIFE: No changes. https://www.d20pfsrd.com/alter...ed/classes/soulknife
WARPRIEST: No changes. This class is a good one. https://www.d20pfsrd.com/class...d-classes/warpriest/
WIZARD: Here we go: https://www.d20pfsrd.com/classes/core-classes/wizard Sorry but Specialist Wizards only. Use Classic schools too, please. No on the alternate Arcane Bonds, but Yes on the Familiar. The Familiars are: A Bat, A House cat, A Frog, A Skeletal hand, A Parrot, A small Lizard, A Spider, A hovering Magic Orb, A Vulture, A Box Turtle, A Rabbit, A Fox, A Rat, A hovering magic Ghost Sword, A tiny Viper, A hovering giant Eyeball, A Dog, A Raccoon, A swollen Bee, A swollen Butterfly, or A swollen Beetle. I don't want to hear about it if it isn't on this list. I just gave you 20 options to choose from. Cut me a break. :P

In my opinion, Bards are not an actual player class. It is a profession of the NPC Expert class. Skalds exist among Barbarian tribes, but they are not suitable for play.
Barbarians, Druids, Rangers, Shamans, and Witches exist, but they are usually found among the humanoids in distant areas of Iroxzya.
Inquisitors and Magus are just starting to pop up in the Murdokanese Empire, but they are too new and distant for use as PCs.

Playable Classes

OTHER USEFUL INFORMATION found below. Pay attention because it has to do with Race / Class combinations.

Humans cannot be any Arcane spellcasting class except Sorcerer. All human sorcerers are very rare and have at least a half-elf in their lineage as recent as a grandparent. Humans are also restricted in what bloodlines they choose, too. When it comes to gained class abilities such as a Rogue's Talent or Ninja Trick, Humans cannot choose options that give them Arcane magic use. Divine magic is still okay.

Humans, Half-elves, Half-orcs, and Genasi with a human parent (In this setting Genasi can have elf and orc parents as well) are the only races that can use Psionics.

Orakku men may be Samurai.

Orakku women and half-orcs may be Sohei.

There are no known Orakku Paladins.

Goblins and Halflings treat attacks from a Slingshot up to 20 feet away as a ranged touch attack.
