Re: Out of Character (OOC): The Tavern
I was gone all weekend for the military. Then when I got back to work the public wifi had been changed. They have been doing work on the firewall all week. Everything from facebook to rpol was down yesterday. Half the apps on my phone don't work if I'm connected to their wifi. It's finally getting a little better today.

Re: Out of Character (OOC): The Tavern
So I'm curious. How is flanking handled with spell casting? I wasn't sure if they had changed it for this edition. I can't seem to find the page in the books.

Re: Out of Character (OOC): The Tavern
Flanking is not written in the phb and will only be handed out on a case by case basis by me.

In reply to Dungeon Master (msg # 67):

Understood! I was just curious if it was something like advantage where I should be double checking for advantage.

Re: Out of Character (OOC): The Tavern
If you can think of a good reason to gain advantage point it out. For example I awarded it to the group in the building because there were four of them surrounding one enemy.

Re: Out of Character (OOC): The Tavern
Just wanted to let everyone know I am having a bit of a rough patch. Car just broke down so I am in panic mode to buy a new one. Hopefully that will be done this evening. If so then I will update the posts and get everyone settled to move on. Elsewise it might take me a day or two. Thanks for understanding.

Car trouble is the worst man. I'm trying to get the attorney general involved with my car troubles. I had a mechanic shop put a faulty engine into my vehicle.

Well it took me all night but I am now the owner of a 2011 Prius. Runs great, only 59k miles on it only one previous owner and he kept the oil changed and brought it in for regular maintenance. 289 a month.

Re: Out of Character (OOC): The Tavern
The town is on fire around you being raided by at least a goblin horde, your backstory dictates quite a bit of rage, you have literally had someone who helped you in combat fall at your feet you can do figuratively anything lol
