Derek's sword can't slice through the rubbery hide of the frog he moves away and the frog tries to bite him as he does but can't breach the warriors defenses.

Derek is now in -D:105

Erich knocks down the other door and steps into the water his hammer at the ready. Magnus follows in behind him and swings at one of the frogs narrowly missing. The frog on the sarcophagus dives into the water moving to attack Erich. The priest takes advantage of his weapons reach and smashes the amphibian as it breaches the water. The frog continues on and bites at Erich. It's attack thwarted by the vicious wound it received. Magnus fends off another of the frogs and finally Dash dodges out of the way of the last of the giant frogs.

Magnus the water squares in the room are difficult terrain. I moved you as far as you would go. Erich I rolled your AoO to speed things up.

Re: 6th of Neth
So; if I wanted to use acrobatics to move over the frog, to behind it, and attack...

Acrobatics, DC 5 + frog's CMD.  Shouldn't be too bad...  I know it gets an AOO but fighting defensively again.

-4 Attack, +2 AC.  I think +3 with my Acrobatics skill?  3 ranks = +3 instead of +2, apparently?

Dash taunts the frog, plants one leg on the wall to his right, and vaults himself over the creature - stepping on its back to complete the maneuver.

Landing behind it, he lashes out with his seemingly new favorite weapon.

22:19, Today: Dash rolled 26 using 1d20+9.  (Acrobatics)

22:24, Today: Dash rolled 17 using 1d20-1.  (Attack, rope)

22:25, Today: Dash rolled 4 using 1d3+2.  (Damage, rope)

If you make the check there is no AoO. Your rope should do 1d4 damage won't matter much though. Your skill has most likely 2 ranks + 3 from class + 3 Dex +1 Misc.

Dash vaults over the frog moving behind it far enough to use his improvised weapon. He slams the knot down on the frog and crushes its spine. The frog lets out one last feeble croak and then twitches its forelegs before going still.

Derek moves forward and picks up his shortbow. He flicks the water off the bowstring and tries to get a shot at one of the other frogs.

Move to G,105 if I can. Pick up bow and Nock an arrow.

Derek moves forward and grabs his bow. He looks into the room in time to see Erich drive his gauntlet-ed fist into the skull of a frog. The creature sags into the water splashing through its death throes.

"Well...that was amusing." Vas rubs his chin and raises the gun to his shoulders. The squirrel peaks out, looking around. He goes to the sarcophagi and looks at it. Hmm. Spotting something, his eyes narrow. He goes over to a mud nest so to speak and grabs his quarterstaff. He starts to try and pulled it away, attempting not to touch it.

Pieces of the nest break apart and fall into the water and an arm flops down from the next. The rest of the body is covered by mud and mold but could be dragged from the nest easily.

Derek draws outs the body. Hanging from its belt is a pouch containing twenty four gold coins. They are a match to the coins you found on the dead body by the lake; making this man a grave robber and not one of the villagers.

Re: 6th of Neth
Taking the ring, the mage puts it down on a sarcophagi. He pulls out a scroll, rubbing his chin. Unable to figure it out, he casts the spell. Smiling once he knows what it can do, he ponders it and scoops it up.

"Anyone need help swimming? Like Magnus?" Vas smiles. He waits, glancing at each of them."Ring of swimming. Not much use for me. Perhaps we can sell it?"

OOC
Pulls out a Idenfity Scroll and casts it.

Re: 6th of Neth
At this point you have searched the entire crypt.

You return to take the mask from the dead man and find a portcullis bars yours way. This is apparently what the wheel activated. You head back to open the portcullis and while your there Dash fishes for some skeletons and between the five you you're able to put them down easily making sure no undead are left to terrorize villagers when they next return for the Everflame.

Having scoured the crypt, and found as many villages as you could, you conduct the grisly business of getting them on the wagon and ready for the return trip.

The villagers and Mayor greet you once again with heavy hearts. Families arrive slowly to identify the dead and take them away to be prepared for burial. It's gut wrenching and hard to watch but somehow they look relieved to have their loved ones returned to them. The mayor thanks you one last time and then leaves with the others.

Your free to do what you will at this point. Talk to Cygar. Purchase things.

All of you are awarded 896 xp for challenges and returning the bodies. This levels you to 3rd. Level up and we will start the next module when everyone is finished.
