From now on, any and all important lore will be stored and can be found on the Wiki, as opposed to being crammed into the Story thread on the forum here.

technically its not god modding, you were carrying something, and I literally took it form your hands, you could respond... Or just let it go and give it up to your two hurt team mates.
Daro'Misha: | Daro'Misha wastes no time reading everything. She grabs everything, even the seemingly inconsequential book. She scans over the letter but considers it unimportant for the moment. Instead, she turns to the group. "No weapons here, no. Lock the door and let us run, yes?" |
You just grabbed.... You did not put anything in your pocket, you did not stash anything away in a pouch or inventory, you just grabbed. And I grabbed back.

GM, 31 posts Sun 29 Mar 2015 at 08:58 | Re: Out of Character DiscussionWell, technically, that's what makes it God-Modding. Vassaad just grabbed everything from Misha and stuffed them into his pockets, with no regard to what Misha was going to do with the items. Also, even though Misha didn't specify what she did with the stuff, from a purely gameplay standpoint; Misha grabbed everything out of the chest and so they were in her "inventory" and characters cannot access another's inventory, without permission from said other char's player or myself, except when the character might be unconscious or dead (but even then, the "never assume success" -rule applies).
However in this situation, it's not that big of a deal (so do not edit your posts). Misha has the right to refuse giving the items to Vassaad in her next post, but given the circumstances, I don't see any harm in the potions being used to heal Vassaad and Nasrudin, and the book and letter are available for everyone to read anyway - But I'll leave that up to you Misha, essentially Vassaad's post froze in time the moment he tried grabbing the items from you.
In the future though, if Player A finds say, weapons or spells in a container, it is up to Player A to distribute them however they wish. No other player should just assume to grab them from Player A, unless A specified they just left the items lying around. And, to avoid future misunderstandings, whenever someone finds something somewhere, they should clearly state what they do with the item(s); Do they pocket them, hide them or offer them to others, etc..
