OOC - Game Discussion
Here's where we can decide what sort of game we'd like to play.

Awesomesauce, and thank you again for putting this together.  Like I mentioned in your other game that it feels like I've been in forever despite the group changes it's a great world with a lot to offer and hopefully still offer here ;)

Re: OOC - Game Discussion
So Sizara mentioned she's up for anything fantasy based.  Pretty much any game I'd run will have fantasy elements.  We're using Pathfinder so anything that works with that ruleset will be fine.

If you guys want to run a super-serious let's-save-the-world game we can go with that.
Alternatively if you want to have a more light-hearted adventure with silly names and plenty of Terry Pratchett references we can go that route.
We could try out a western-themed game with fantasy elements.  There are certainly areas like the old west in the setting of the other game.
Or if you want some spooky scary stuff to be going on I can be pretty decent at writing that sort of thing too (though nowhere near the level of professional authors. :P)

What do you think?  I'm open suggestions for other styles of game too.

Ha, okay, well, it looks like the situation is changing a bit.

Unfortunately Celeste has to pull out of the other game which means we may actually have an opening to bring Sizara in.

If the posting rate improves (and I sent a PM to Zoom asking him what the deal is because right now we're waiting on him) then we can hold off on this game for now.  I'm certainly open to revisiting it later if you guys feel like the other game is too slow for you.

That's too bad, Asterion had a good back and forth going with her.

I know she liked the steampunkish feel you had with trains and guns and such in the other game mixed with the fantasy elements so...

Gosh! I keep trying to post and things keep changing!!

I really like the mix of tech and magic, but I'm flexible. I had an idea that fit well with the original setting, but I'm game for a little bit of horror too. I like a happy medium, little bit of humor mixed in with quasi-serious.

I'm sorry to hear Celeste dropped out...
