A smaller room than most, but has two beds in it.

Liadan let herself in the room.

"Ertzel."

Ertzel was sprawled out in one corner of the room with Olivia slumbering on her chest. One arm was around the babe to keep her in place. Soft snores echoed off the bare walls. Ertzel jumped slightly when she heard her name. "Huh? What?" She opened her eyes. "Oh, Mama."

Liadan tried to keep her voice low so she would not wake the baby.

"Where is Yehudit?" Liadan asked.

"She's with Sileas, Mama," Ertzel replied truthfully. That was all they had said, that they would be together. "Aren't they with Uncle Shawn?"

"No, they are not." Liadan said in a forced calm voice. "Shawn asked for Sileas so Difyr is looking for her."

"Oh." Olivia fussed a bit and Ertzel rubbed her back. "Yehudit only said that if you were looking for her, she would be with Sileas. I assumed they were going to sit with Uncle Shawn."

Liadan frowned. "Do you know where either of them went?"

Ertzel shook her head. "I don't. I don't even know which way they went since I took Olivia and came to our room to tell you I'd be over here."

Liadan could feel herself beginning to panic. "Did they leave the keep?"

"I don't know, Mama. I told you I thought they were going to sit with Uncle Shawn and I came this way."

Aron. Liadan needed Aron. Now.

"I'm sorry Mama, if I knew anything I would tell you?" Ertzel felt worried herself. Had her sister and cousin left the keep or gone and done something foolish.

"Ertzel, please take Olivia next door and keep an eye on he little ones." Liadan said. "I am going to see your father..."

Ertzel scowled. "All right Mama," she said. She held Olivia gently as she got to her feet and headed next door.

Liadan marched to the healing room.
