Og spends his time throughout the year working with the Lord's Alliance making connections going to meetings and generally becoming more involved in the intricacies of the organization.  He hosts many meetings in the Tresendar manor once the party has it rebuilt and usable once again.

Through this act he has gained a bit more favor within the Lord's Alliance

Taten makes a small fortune, over 141 gold pieces earned over the year and becomes a bit of a gambling legend among the people of Phandalin

Won 100 gold in an underground Phandalin pit fighting arena due to her wild success at brawling with the local competitors

Xelael spends her year providing a fresh garden that provides food to all of the local restaurants and taverns.  She makes a net profit of 70 gold pieces over the year.

Ooreek spent his year training with a secret criminal instructor in the language of Dragons.  It took great care on the part of the Aarakocra to hide this from the Lord's Alliance and continue his training but he successfully deceived all and garnered the time to learn the language.
