Gloria sets off to Girii from Sukun in order to discover what happened to some of the men from Sukun, sent off by Dingir. The first stop is the small chemical plant colony of Gikir, or perhaps the Gas Giant there.

Just so you are aware, standard starport/starbase fees are as follows for an Iiken: $2500 for admin and berthing fees, $1600 for unrefined fuel for 2 parsec jump, or $7000 for refined fuel for two parsec jump.

Before I say what you found, let me know if you still want to stop at the starport.

Ok. You find your way to the bar after landing. There are just two, with the total population of 2,000 people. It quickly becomes apparent that Kanumshikaa is the second biggest location after Shinarra. Neither permits the carriage of weapons, though Kanumshikaa will permit shotguns with a licence (like this planet). These planets really are backwater planets, with strict local controls but little external regulation.

OK, Useful to know, these just sort of come with the bigger systems by default.  We can go with the $4,100 expense.
I don't spend a lot of time at the bars, and am very careful about drinks. Then head back to the ship and tell the crew we won't be wasting time at these places...  off we go.
