What's the difference in defence between an APC and a tank?

As it turns out, it wasn't a Cold ...it was Covid. Only the Lord knows where I contracted it, as all the possible locations were clean.
I of course gave it to my wife. Since we had all our shots and were put on Paxlovid quickly, we both seem to have had a pretty mild case.
I tested negative yesterday, but she has a few more on the medications.

It does take a lot of starch out of you and thinking seems to get cluttered too. Anyway, I am hopefully back to normal, or at least close.

Sorry to hear it was COVID, but glad to hear it was mild and you were on top of it quickly.

I didn't really leave, just struggled to do stuff, it takes a lot out of you.  I did try to keep up much of last week.

Just a heads up, I will have some days in the next three weeks when I will be blacked out, and off the grid and net. Should be done by the 23rd, however, and should have some days with connectivity in between, especially until the 9th.

Sorry to hear about the pain, but I trust that the surgery went well.

So far so good... next I get to deal with chemo therapy, which sounds hideous. We shall see, as my wife wisely pointed out, the sheet listing all the ill effects seems to be generic for all types of Chemo and supposedly the one I get is rather easy to handle.   Where have I heard that line before?

Hmmmm, sounds like prayer might be helpful. Will offer on your behalf!

I wonder how folk 200 years from now will look back on chemo? 'What, they actually radiated themselves? Seriously?'

Radiation is different of course, but my next Chemo is Tuesday and I will be hit and miss for a few days after that. Hard to say exactly how long, but hopefully we will do better this time, knowing what we learned a week ago.
