1. You find a truck dealership that always seems short of trucks. They will pay $220,000 per truck.
2. You find a medical distribution company that will pay $275,000 per dTon for medical computers.
3. You identify computer manufacturers willing to pay $1,000,000/dTon for silicon ingots.
4, 5 and 6 I will lump all the Technical references together, with some proving more popular than others, but the Freight Handling one you will need to redo the process. You can find distributors willing to pay $270,000 per dTon for them.
7. You can sell the Accounting Palmtop for $8,000 each.

Bear in mind that the cost to manufacture these is half the price of the finished product. This also works in cases where you are manufacturing components too, effectively double dipping. I will have to come up with a profit methodology soon...

Cost per truck is about $100,000 if the parts are purchased, but since you manufacture some parts, you make profit on them as well...

One truck giving at least $120 K profit, two or three would cover the whole trip to Kidashi, the rest would be cream...

Good enough, Gloria is more at ease withthat deal then...
We sell everything we can and take requests (not orders as quantity and delivery may be iffy).

Then we look for things to take back, many of the same sorts of things this times as well.

The current irregularities of the regular vessel means you have a good chance to find cargo. Give a merchant roll for each planet you are looking for goods for.

Pickings are slim for Sukun, though the smaller routes have some work. Let's handwave the accounting, unless that is where you want to take Gloria, and give the trip $30,000,000 profit.

I am struggling to see where you want to take Gloria. If it is accounting, then happy to run with that, but I felt she was more action based, but I have not been successful in getting an action adventure going. Where did you see the fun in Gloria?

LoL... well she was a 'pirate' who got shoved into an "Intelligence" position.
She is trying to make the companies produce a profit, so they don't look fishy.
She is also trying to provide a useful amount of information back to HQ.
She doesn't like accounting, but has to do some.
She has been here about two years or so? Maybe the Corporation wants to promote her and put someone else in place.

Yes, it is... and I am sure there is some investigation of Vilani systems, routes and allegiances still needed. A nondescript Iiken is fine for many things but not eveything. Sometimes a bigger shi can bring a non-jump capable ship in which shoud reduce a lot of suspicion.

I think she has done fairly well in setting up the place in Sukun to give Terra a good look into the area and a lot of potentially valuable resources.  Captain Flake could  do a lot of things. Even be a short term emmissary to Lost Pines or whatever they ended up calling 2312.
I expect she would be remembered there.

Bigger ships and such are kind of details though. What I am asking is what sort of campaign would you like for Gloria? Combat focused? Diplomatic? Exploratory, either inside or outside the Vilani Empire? Sdian has the trade side covered...with a little mercenary on the side.

Well I thought I had kind of outlined it... Exploring , some Diplomacy and some Combat perhaps.

How long has it been since Gloria got character points?

The scout produces orders promoting LCDR Gardner to CMDR Gardner, and putting him in charge of the operation here, along with an accomplished merchant of Vilani background from Nusku specially chosen for this role.

You are directed to make your way, via the scout network to a small exploratory vessel at Lone Pine. The trip will take 3 months.

The young woman has many skills, though I am reluctant to describe them just now in case someone else wants to take over the character. She is grateful to you for her life back, and is likely to come with you. You get to choose as many of your crew of 25 as you wish.

Well, since I have few I know well, this woman (Lois Alley*) is the only one I'll be taking along I guess.
Lt Gardner is certainly surprised I am sure to find out he has been a LCDR for enough time to be promoyted to CDR!
Gloria shake her head, she had thought no one listened to her requests, now we find out they listened, did something and just failed to tell us.

She acknwledges the change in orders  Perhaps if you had provided these first?
