If names are important, I can do that. Unless otherwise specified, they carry Civilian Shotguns with infrared lasers, matching their infrared glasses, as well as hand grenades and magnum pistols.

Can we locate these guys? Bear in mind the engine room is below the airdock deck.

OK

The goons you have are as follows:
As they enter, to the rear is the door to the sickbay and the two Gunners, so Goons2,3 and 4 plus  Duran and Jurelda on guns.
Assume William and Luretha are at 12 and Willow and Bonny at 17, Yung No, Goon 1 and I am at 2.

The remaining syndicate Goons can be as indicated; Goons 5, 6 & 7 are at 7 and are behind an armored screen in the door way of 7, Goon 8 is in the overhead at the entrance to 14 looking down and behind protection; Goons 9 & 10 are in 3 to protect 2. Sdian will back these last guys up. Gulzina, Saasha & Hamish are near the hall doorway beside 23 and behind the wall of 22 to prevent anyone coming that way, those doors are closed and secured.

We let them rush down the hall from the air lock until such time as they realize something may be wrong,  or they get to the last air lock in front of 7. Soon as we have them down, we surge onto their ship.  Should they pass Goons 3 and 4, they may go to board if the attackers look to be down.

As they come aboard, the pilot goon with you takes control of the airtight doors. The first three move towards 7 while the second three stop at the gunners door. As the front ones open the door near 7 first, the three goons in seven open fire, dropping 2. The third one returns fire, and two of the second three turn to help him. One of the goons is hit in the shoulder before the second volley drops two more.

The door into the gunnery then opens, and several shots drop the pirate there. As the last pirate tries to retreat, goons 3 and 4 rush out and through the airlock into the pirate shuttle, just in time to stop the shuttle pilot from closing the shuttles airlock. It is over in seconds, with the last pirate hitting goon 2 in the stomach before being finished by 2 rounds from the goons at 7.

It only takes a few more minutes before the goons confirm that they have control of the shuttle. They prepare to depart to allow the second to dock, while the medic and Gulniza clean your injured and the rest clean up the pirates, moving them back to 11.

You are told the injuries are not likely fatal, but will take nearly a week to heal with the right drugs, which they have. They will not be available for a while.

OK, Goon 2 was the Medic, who should not have been in the line of fire. Goons 5, 6, 7, or 8 seem more likely to have been wounded, although it would be hard to hit 8 in the stomach. Let's go with 6 if that is OK with you.

When the door opened, he turned as Goons 3 and 4 hastily ran out towards the shuttle and the pirate fired back into the room at someone who was a threat to him. Since he was targeting the folk in the room with guns pointed at him, the options are Goon 2 (medic), Duran or Jurelda. Since the Medic also held a gun and Duran and Jurelda were at the gun controls, I had him hit.

Goon 3 will pilot the shuttle away, after Goon 4 searched it and returned to your ship.

But it is not that bad...Gulzina can patch him up and administer the wonder drugs, using room 20 as a makeshift sickbay.

Their commander moves the two in 3 to better positions to replace the injured. Any further changes to positions?

You clean up as much as possible, removing the injured as discussed above, as the goon takes the shuttle away. Despite lack of comms, the second shuttle moves in to dock. As it does so, you hear the short range comms on the bodies squawks to life, asking for a status report.

Using a cloth over the microphone Sdian tries to imitate one of the attacker... Got most o' it, couple of hold outs, can use yer help.

No, on the intercom/crew channel.

After they pass, we watch. let them pass through the second air lock and then close it before the shooting starts IF WE CAN.

They continue through, with the second and third pair close behind. On opening the third door just outside of 7, they step through before the shooting starts.

One at the front drops, and the two behind him as most are hit in the head, but the first individual through the gate dives through into 3.

The last pair, one with the plasma torch, rush to open the door into the sickbay. The fire that pours out of the open door is devastating, before the two goon rush onboard the shuttle and capture it easily as the guy in 3 realised him predicament and lowers his weapon to surrender.

Sdian is ready to shoot the guy but has to move to get a clear shot, which likely saves the pirates life.
We do a quick check to see if any are salvable. Head shots frequently aren't.

Two, maybe three, could be saved...the one from the shuttle, the one who surrendered and one of the last 2 off the shuttle. Many others have indeed suffered head shots.

The goons secure the two shuttles, and the weapons and armour. You have about 9 bodies...one of the goons pulls out a biometrics kit and starts recording their details into a biometrics database.

Right. The Goons gather all their suits and weapons (mainly shotguns and CAWs, with a few 40mm grenade launchers) and valuables before shuffling them through the airlock.

They begi preparing to use the shuttles, already set up for the return trip, back to the Refinery. They suggest you should be escorted with them as their 'prisoner'.
