"I and my men are boarding party crew. We are trained to look for smugglers, though we usually don't have a week to see small details. But I am a reasonable man, and I understand you have a business to run doing jobs others don't want to do. I can keep my mouth shut for 100 doses. To help us do our jobs, of course."

Cargo: 2000 doses of Kulikasu and Ushkiirga, and 1,000 doses of Urshaggim.

Job for the Terran navy to scout out the forces at Iishu, Nunashi, Sikigi, Dzosuuken and Eneldun by May 2183. $500,000.

Sdian nods, calls Jurelda, explains the situation quickly and has her make the transfer.

We waste no time in clearing Sikigi for Dzosuiken's Star.

They take their drugs and thank you for the trip, departing quietly. It seems like they keep their words, as no further trouble is forthcoming, though the region is tightly locked up and on high alert.

Nelly points out that you came into the region through Dzosuiken, and you could jump straight to 2924 from here. Was Dzosuiken what you meant?

Ok. On jumping to Dzosuiken, the IFF let out a peep before it was turned off. You did not hang around long enough to see if anyone picked it up before jumping on to Leikung.

On arrival at Leikung, you are met with a number of patrol fighter wings, and a Terran scout. You sense that an attack is waiting to happen based on the information you have gathered, but not from here, as the request to dock with you very quickly.

On docking, two scouts come aboard.

Because it took that long to not be totally obvious... we have a good bit of information and there is a powerful force at Sikigi, be prepared. They had a unit of Kidashi cruisers, supported by 10 Shamshirs and commanded by a Vegan Carrier!

We are getting your man all the data we collected and expect to refule and move on, but your HQ is going to want to see this information asap. And I do think you may be attacked here.

He chuckles We were stopped and thoroughly inspected anytime we went to a system bordering Terran space. We needed a reason to be there and they were very suspicious. We managed to get some business and work  our way through all their locations with these papers. He shows them the letters.   But it wasn't just something you could just  do without interference.

He looks over the papers.

"I see. We gave he deadline because we planned to attack soon, but our scouts were also having trouble getting data. Now we see why. I will arrange for the full payment to be made.

Now if you excuse us, we have people waiting to see this.
"

Unless you have further questions, he will want to take his data and run...

He puts an arm around her and gives her a sideways hug ... I think it did, he suddenly looked quite surprised and I will presume he thought we had to put up with that sort of stuff all the time too. Anyway, he accepted everything, paid us in full and we can blow this place, I really do think that an attack is likely and it may well land here as well as other places.

We refuel and depart ASAP...   ALSO, HOW CLOSE TO A THOUSAND ARE YOU TRYING TO GET?

It will be another three weeks before you return to Argon.

Looking for some idea of a subject for the next thread, based on what sort of missions you plan to take. Are you looking to work for Kalishnikov, the Terran scouts or trading uncharted worlds? Or back to Vilani worlds?

Anything with some significant planetside component. Bonny doesn't really get much of a narrative look in when we're just planet hopping

Argon or deliveries away from Vilani space, some of those new coloniews perhaps. Bonnie might be a blessing there as well.

Catching the look, she says, "You don't remember? Told you before, you need to persuade Jurelda. If she agrees, then we three can." Her shrug implies what the opposite means.

"I was a little wanton when we first met. Ever since I've been mending that fence."

You don't need to mend that fence for me, I am glad to have you with us. Jurelda is a dear friend, but she also has her personal issues, I have told her the door is always open if she feels the want or need. The same is true for you. I believe in binding the team together much as the ancinet greeks did, with close relations.
