Guildmistress Vintra (Female Half-elf)  -  She runs the Chicane Guildhouse in Sumberton.  Pa'ao's former employer.  She spotted Pa'ao 200gp for his flail.

Thrann Carstellan (Male Human) - Etheltolcar's cousin and 2nd (3rd?) in line to the throne along with his brother, Jarrik.  Thrann is the administrator and public face for the Carstellan family.  He tipped the party off to the dungeon where they first adventured and purchased Etheltolcar's belongings from the party after his disappeared.

The Guardian (Male Construct) - This entity was encountered within the ruins of an ancient summoner fortress.  After Vivienne managed to identify the summoning circles as non-functioning, the party destroyed the summoning circles keeping him tied to his duties.  Pa'ao directed the Guardian to the Hell knight's Nebaltyne Keep to help fight against the monsters that encroach upon those lands.

Constantine the Elder (Male Human)- Vivienne and Amadeus' teacher.  He is the greatest wizard in the land, but has turned down the role of Magister several times.  He is centuries old.

Tenasa Kentis (Female Half-elf)- Amadeus' friend and fellow apprentice.  After Etheltolcar's death/disappearance, she left the party.

Sir Derrick Crownguard, Ultra Magnus, Glory Descending, Bringer of Pain (Male Human)-  The Knight who accompanied the party to defeat the Ogre who had Etheltolcar's belongings.

Luminary Captain Armin Harrak (Male Human) - A Captain in the Luminary Order.  Captain Harrak has offered each member of the party 800gp and a commendation to the order for the suit of cursed armor if they brought it to the Shining Citadel.

Aaron Santar (Male Human) - A resident of the Riverbend Monastery.  Aaron was Bastien's only age-appropriate friend.  When Bastien left, Aaron wished him well, but even their good bye was ridiculed by Aaron's jailer, Renald Surrinak.

Renald Surrinak (Male Human) - A mountain of a man, Renald hails from the Surrinak Family.  He has the displeasure of being Aaron Santar's jailer at the Riverbend Monastery.  The man deals with this burden as best he can, often barring Aaron within the cells in the Monastery  to go to Riverbend and enjoy drink and the company of large-breasted women.

Lethoriel of the Ashwood (Male Elf) - Lethoriel is the leader of the elvish community of Shul Vaath, Amadeus' home.
