Destiny Dame vs. Snakeman!
Make your own scenario, I'll run the Snakeman and ensuing fight if any

Destiny after going home and changing into her super hero outfit, catches a taxi over to the area where the homeless people were abducted.  Handing a tip to  the driver, Yea I know, sure it isnt the first time you have had a super hitch a ride.

Holding up the paper to the area she tries to get an idea where the picture was taken from.  Then begins walking around the area looking for any clues, or something that the coppers might have missed.

Mumbling her thoughts out loud to herself.  I hope this doesn't go to the sewers, I hate the sewers, getting the stink out of my boots is so hard.

Destiny Dame looks around the area, there's burn marks on the grass where the encampment was, she notices they form a pattern - arcane symbols, related to the devil.  If she weren't schooled in the arts they'd be too subtle to notice.  As she's poking around a man in a hoody approaches her and says mockingly "One of you sssupersss all alone, what an opportunity! I'll turn you!" With that he charges at her hissing.

Taken slightly by surprise turns toward the lizardman?

You gave me so much to work with, you know you are supposed to at least take a lady on a date before you hiss sweet nothings in my ear.I know you want to turn me, but would a spin do instead?

With a smile she spins in place gathering dirt and trash before sending the dust devil toward the attacker.

Don't suppose you wan to talk first?

Clearly those membranes saved you. 

The dust devil veers off toward a meter maid who just got on the scene and gets swept off her feet "What was that?" she says lying against a wall.  A couple people stop to help her up, and she sees you two on the meridian and yells "Hey! You can't be there, it's dangerous!  Not just to you two, but the cars!"  Then says "Homeless people back again, they sure do dress weird." shaking her head.

The snakeman flips back his hood revealing his horrific half-man half snake head and baring his fangs rushes head first, hissing, at Destiny Dame.

13:25, Today: R. Race Rasmusen rolled 41 using 1d100, unique dice with rolls of 41.  Bite Destiny Dame.  Bronze - Bites for 20 damage, make a feat of endurance vs. Affliction 30

Destiny Dame gives a grunt as the lizard bites, Very not nice, didnt you learn you are not supposed to bite on the first date?

Taking the opportunity with his mouth locked on her arm, Destiny strikes back with her own punch.

The snakeman reels back from the strike releasing his bite and shakes his head which looks more like a swaying.  Then you realize he's trying to hypnotise you!


08:50, Today: R. Race Rasmusen, for the NPC Snakeman, rolled 39 using 2d100, unique dice with rolls of 33,6.  Agility for eye-contact, Mind Control. Both white.


Destiny Dame realizes what he's doing in time and glances away. The poison continues working its way through her body (Affliction 30, need silver feat of endurance to stop. or keeps taking damage.)

Destiny Dame shivers as the poison keeps going through her system, distracting her from landing her strike.



Clearly the dice roller has said though shall not pass...

(White result on the feat of endurance means you have to roll 2 more before your next action. Hopefully you'll get silver on the first one and end it, might be worth spending some karma to do so if you don't.  Ouch, affliction is nasty.)

The snakeman sees Destiny Dame weakening and bobs and weaves hoping she'll be taken out by the venom while he avoids her he says "Just let it take you, you'll like it!"


16:12, Today: R. Race Rasmusen, for the NPC Snakeman, rolled 59 using 1d100.  Dodge Destiny Dame. Bronze - applies -2 RS to attacks that can be dodged against him (this would bring Destiny Dame's strike down to Fa[40] if she attacks him with it.)

Meanwhile the meter maid has recovered and says "I tol' them I needed a gun, but no, they don't wanna give a gun to a meter maid."

She yells "Anyone got a gun? Ain't no #!&^ snakes gonna be on my %(##!&^ meridian! Nevermind I gotta baton!"

16:19, Today: R. Race Rasmusen, for the NPC Meter Maid, rolled 69 using 1d100, unique dice with rolls of 69.  Attack Snakeman with baton (adjusted rank 2). Bronze, does 6 damage.

She holds her left hand out as she crosses to the meridian and cracks him on the back of the head with it, though it does little but divide his attention for a moment.

"I tol' you to get off my %(##!&^ meridian!" 

Dice roller no like me.
18:40, Today: Destiny Dame rolled 65 using 1d100.  Attack -2 cs. – 65

18:30, Today: Destiny Dame rolled 38 using 1d100.  affliction. – 38

18:30, Today: Destiny Dame rolled 25 using 1d100.  affliction. – 25

so -60 health +2 regen, currently health 4...
But, i did land a bronze hit for 75 more damage.



Destiny Dame, clearly barely on her feet, throws everything into a last attack before the venom will take her down, landing a clean hit.

The Snakeman goes down to that Destiny Dame's last strike, just as the meter maid whacks him upside the head again.  She does a little victory dance then says "Girl, you be illin'" with a look of concern.

(Make feat of endurance for Affliction.)

The last punch was just enough to finish off the snakeman, as the venom in her system finally burned off.

Thanks for the assist, maybe you could get this guy locked up.  By chance did you see where he came from?  I originally just came to investigate the people disappearing over there.  I'm just going to sit down here for a moment and recover some.

Destiny Dame takes a seat on the curb letting her regeneration kick in.

The Meter Maid says "Sure hon, I'll go call it in.  Are you ok?  Do you need an ambulance? You stay there, I'm not sure it's safe to move you."

That venom is nasty, but I will be good as new in a couple minutes, and maybe a couple candy bars, or a burger later.

I'll stay here to make sure he doesn't wake up before your backup arrives.


Destiny Dame finishes checking out the area as the venom wears off and he strength returns.

Destiny Dame has the time to look at the scorch marks a bit more as she recovers.  She's more sure it has something to do with devils and summoning.

Eventually an ambulence shows up - time to get out before she ends up with a bill!  but no matter she's fully regenerated.

Her original thought of the sewers comes back to her.  There's a manhole nearby.
