A completely white room. The walls, the floor, the ceiling; white. The chandelier hangs down with white light and clear crystals. The desks are organised in no particular order, some pods and some loner desks in random spots all around the room. you may notice one wall has glass orbs of every color all over it.

-----> From Elemental history.

The door creaked open, as Everett looked inside to check if he could just waltz right in. Not seeing any reason not to, he stepped in, looking around the bright white room with an eyebrow raised skeptically. He then proceeded to sit down at one of the pods, patiently waiting.

Seemingly out of nowhere, but in front of you, Lilly appears to materialize. "Hello." Her voice is calm, her eyes distant, her voice slightly echoing. Her tone is gentle, even if her method of greeting was a little unkind. It was almost as if she wasn't aware she was invisible.

Everett startled, jolting backwards and almost overbalancing in his chair. He managed to control his seat before he went head over rear, but when he regained his balance he could muster no more of a greeting than. "... Hello?" Frankly, the unnatural echo of this young womans voice creeped Everett out a bit, so his reply sounded wary and confused, while his face showed an expression of much the same attitude.

Tilting her head and bringing fingertips to her chin, she appears mildly confused. "Was I under camouflage?" She asks simply, as though it happened on a daily basis. "I'm sorry I startled you."

"Yeah, you were a little bit. I didn't know that was, I mean, is that a light thing?" Everett regained his regular composure quick enough, but was struck with a sudden curiosity. Truthfully, Everett had never put much thought into the further application of the element of light, naturally given his own experience with control of the element, he had only associated it with certain things. But now that he thought about, Light, could mean a lot of different things. Even thinking back to that rock guy, Geb, Everett found himself wondering if the same was possible for the element of light. Could someone turn into light? Thus achieving the speed of it... Could he travel the speed of light?

If his brain had been provoked into such thought by the simple appearing of who he assumed was his teacher in the element, Everett thought. Maybe this school is gonna be good for me...

She smiles subtly at the boy's question. "Oh yes. We Light benders can change the way things are perceived because light reflection is the reason for things to be visible." She then noticed the boy had seemed to get lost in thought, and watched him, smiling, waiting for him to come back to he class.

"I thought so..." Everett said thoughtfully, before shaking the thought away and asking. "So, is there another light, person... Or can we get started with the lesson? 'Cos I'm really keen to, y'know, figure out how to control the, light." As was his habit, Everett consciously tried to keep his eagerness and excitement under his skin, not letting it show. But the distant enthusiasm was still vaguely detectable. Though that enthusiasm seemed from a desperation to control this light, to hide it, to stop it from being quite so bright.

Lily grins softly. "I think we can begin." She tilts her head once more at the boy's... desperation? He seemed to fear, or hate, his power in some way. "Today I need to see a demonstration of your ability."
