• Federal Service - Ethical Branch - Building on the existing volunteer programmes within the Huitzilopochtli Programme for processes and policies, the establishment of the Ethical Branch sees these extended to cover community service, care in the community for the elderly or unwell, and a slew of free healthcare programmes supported strongly by the Federal Clinic Network and individual Stoic Clinics - which are themselves expanded to cater for the faithful or faithless, regardless of their inclination. You receive a +6 to three domestic or medical projects each turn. From time to time the Ethical Branch may highlight specific areas of concern or opportunities for preventative care.
• Safety, Inspection, & Rectification (SIR) Teams - Certification scheme for worker health and safety operated by the Huitzilopochtli. Expanded with Cemilhuitl protocols and Federation-wide coverage
• Telecommuter Remote Consoles - Designed with the forefront of Federation technology, the schematics for remote consoles and related protocols for remote working promise a bright future free from the irritations and wasted time of commuting, as well as opening up the potential of distributed teams and projects

• Ilaaj Kee Sabha Hospital, in Mukt Shahar Sietch, expanded to include techniques and equipment from the RCV Mbal Msafiri and the use of gravionic remotes for erecting emergency and intensive care theatres when and where they are needed - as well as for patient transfers - earns the Kavacha a further reputation as bold forward-thinking physicians
• Blackwatch Outpatient and Outbreak Network (BOON) - Supports and enhances the existing Federal Clinic Network operating within their territory, providing first-responders, disease and pandemic management capabilities on top of the existing specialist consultants, remote diagnosis and secondary care support
• Central Recycling Plant in Mkobe - Distributed and heavily integrated with the local transport network
• Eastern Pandayan, Southern Pandayan and Vuoristö Pandayan - Foundaries and industrial powerhouses, operated by the Buna
• Barafu Utoto Station - Intended to be a fourth Pandayan focused on processing ores and minerals harvested offworld - turning them into starship components and starships when the technology catches up. It will be a quite different super-manufactory from the other Pandayans, containing isolatable sections - some of them completely self-sustaining - and the Buna vision beyond the initial station is bolder still, wanting to construct an elevator and commercial station to handle shipping and inbound ores. It contains a Stoic Clinic and Hackschool operated by the Stoics, but the station as a whole is operated by the Buna and ATC. Hardened
