Chronicles of Darkness Discord Game
A group of dedicated STs and I have created a Chronicles of Darkness game called Dark City that takes place in modern day New York City and includes the following gamelines:

Vampire the Requiem
Werewolf the Forsaken
Geist the Sin-Eaters
as well as Mortal and Mortal+.

It's an always-on chat-based RPG on Discord with a highly proactive group of STs that drive campaigns and plots ranging from small (personal scale) to large.

Campaigns and plots generally occur within your gameline, though there is some social crossover.

The game is supported by a developer and a full-feature wiki.
