House Rules
Languages are covered under General Education (GE). Each dice you throw in GE is one language you can speak and read fluently, so for most of you, that's two languages. For dummies like Rex who can only read one third of the time and can't do it automatically, that's one.
If you choose the same language twice in a row, that means you can switch between regional accents within that kingdom without a Guile roll. Otherwise, you talk like the foreigner or the social class you are. Albionese is considered the default language of the Seven, the "English" is you will of the setting, as is the language of the land you are from.
You may annoy me and choose to not understand the universal language of the United Kingdoms, choosing to focus on the native language of your land like many of the residents of Albion have a nasty habit of doing, because they think the world revolves around them.
Mons have their own rules. Most of the time, they can understand each other without a hitch. If trained to speak, they speak the kingdom's language. If they learned a language on their own, they learn the language that helps them the most.
I'll be modifying the custom feat that allows Mons to speak accordingly and shortly.
