She had been a bit torn whether to hold this at dawn or dusk. Dawn supported her more, but she didn't need to be annoying the locals by waking them up early. Besides, doing this at dusk, a time moving into their territory, showed she was't intimidated. She ran her hand over the Keyblade, allowing the first few notes to wash over the rooftop she was on and spread the the city around her.
