Here is a thread in which you can request threads or post ideas for threads.

Part of my management style is to have two kinds of threads.  Threads for places, when those places are very commonly used, and threads for story arcs.  A thread for a story arc can jump through many location.  If a few characters have a plan that goes through four different places, they don't need to hop threads and keep posting >>Gone to new place.  Same story arc, same place.

That being said, when a story arc splits, it's best to spin off a new thread.  If players decide, "okay, you guys stay here, we'll go there" then you should request a new thread.

It's not major important to the story but would it be possible to get a thread for my house?

Airport thread.

On second thought lets start with my van thread. That way whoever is coming with can discuss strategy with me. I got a feeling they don't just let strangers walk in and look at the airplanes.

As I mentioned, threads can move, but we will start with the van.

Would it be an idea to have a separate thread for (group) text messages so that everyone can easily see when a group text went out and who replied?

That's a good idea.  I will set up a Text Message thread.

When you want to move your character out of the existing thread (or threads) and suggest a new place, this is the place to ask for a new thread to cover the new place.
