Trust chummer?  Eeeh, a little. :P  It should be fine.  If not, I am pretty sure anything is easily resolved.

Sill building Gonzo (settling on gear and priorities is a nightmare!), however I am planning to take all the contacts bar Boston Slim, if people are wanting to build a link between us via them. I'm open to prior connections too. Perhaps I interviewed you?

Well, that makes for a good tie-in for all the characters.

If you've done an article on illegal street racing you may have met Iris.  Or you could have needed a protective ride to a bad part of town....:)

Bean has the following shared contacts:
David Dennant (L2|C4)
Dances-with-Sprites (L2|C3)
Boston Slim (L3|C4)

She's also got Paper Tiger, a "documentation specialist."

I remain a little worried that Bean's skill set is too narrow, but I don't get the sense that we're all aiming for hyper-optimized prime runners here, so I'm going to leave her be.

Chromium has very likely taken part in illegal street racing :D Contact wise he has the following shared contacts:

Bones, Boston Slim, Colonel Jack and Dances with Spirtes

He is also was a member of the Ancients....

EDIT: And his current SIN is for a licenced bodyguard so he does that from time to time too

In reply to Chromium (msg # 210):

Interestingly, Iris also has a "bodyguard" license.

Licenses are always handy to have, until they are not. :P

I watched John Wick 3 last night. Totally chomping at the bit, even as a non-gun slinger.

Re: OOC Thread #2
I did not, but in all fairness I played John Wick as an Immortal in the White Wolf system back in 1999...his name was John Stock and he was the son of a British Ambassador married to a former Chinese woman. Yes, somebody came up with rules for Highlander like Immortals to play with Vampires, Mages, and Werewolves. Yes he had the merit Acute Sense: Sight, Ambidextrous, Concentration, Code of Honor, Dare Devil, Lightning Calculator, Jack-Of-All-Trades and above all....Self-Confident. Specialization in Pistols and Knives. The youngest immortals started with a lot of 17 points for freebies I think and John Stock spent nothing on extra quickening and never did over two GM's and about 3 years of once a week game play.

I only had a paper copy....somewhere. I think he had Charmed Existence as well. It all added up to 17 though, that was his lucky number. He also liked to make aimed shots for the head, specifically the left eye. Became something of a trope for our group.

I've been trying to catch up and get organized to start playing, but I think I don't have as much free time as I thought I did. You had better remove me from the game.

Re: OOC Thread #2
Whilst RPoL is designed for intermittent activity, I was in a game before where there was a Discord channel for people to chat casually, bounce ideas, without overloading the in-game OOC chat.

As such, I've made a server if people want to chat on there, co-ordinate on character design, shared backgrounds, anything really. And if things like useful links are found, they can be shared back on RPoL.

https://discord.gg/PePRDAc

If you change your name to your character name, it will make it much easier too.
