I agree. I'm starting a petition for at least a 3 day weekend. Let's get it done. Whoever said 'Yeah, let's work for 5 days a week and only get 2 off' sucks.

I am pretty sure it was the guys that were working 6 12h shifts a week and we're so tired they were. Having accidents and getting killed.
The 40 hour work week is way better that the 72 hour work week. I would prefer 4 10h shifts if I can get them when I am doing work by the hour or presence required work.

Re: OOC Thread #2
In many small towns everything but the Dinner is closed on Sunday, all day. I know more than a few dentist and doctor's offices that are closed Monday because they are open on Saturday. There is Chick-fil-A and a couple of other places that are closed Sundays year round.

Big Cities have been 24/7 for a long time. I don't remember even when I was really young when a big city had everything closed on a Sunday.

Well, for the longest time the city I live in had bylaws that mandated stores be closed for Sundays.  In my youth, some decades ago, nothing was open on Sundays except gas stations and convenience stores.

4 decades or so on, many shops and businesses still have kind of restrictive hours on Sunday. :P

I live in Ottawa, Canada. :P

So just giving anyone a chance to notice Bester sitting at the table if they want to already know each other, it was never too clear if we were going to be one group who knew each other or not.

I'm a little bit behind everyone else at the moment, or I might take you up on that. Got in late so I don't have any connections at the moment and am not yet even there. Though I don't mind being a new fresh connection to everyone. Doesn't bother me at all, so it's all up to how you feel.

Soo, if another player were to join, what sort of archetype would be needed, do you think?

Gíday Iím your potential newbie!
Iím flexible on picking up whatever if it still needed to fill out a team. The boss was saying you might be sparse on deckers as well. I donít have one ready on hand but I can put together a concept easy enough. I do have a Street Sammie/Combat Medic at the ready. And I have an idea I am playing with jus need to see if it is more Street Samurai or Adept in execution.

Yeah, looks like the sparsest pieces we have are decking and muscle. I'm the only PC decker we have and Chromium looks to be the last remaining dedicated combat expert.

I'll post up my skills too in the other thread so you can have a better idea of how everyone is looking.

Alright if itís tied. Then what kind of stories do people want? More subtle, urban infiltration type games or a bit more of the rough and tumble/out in the wilds type games.
If itís more about doing quiet runs Iíll put together a Decker, if you guys like a bit more action I will do the Sammie.

I think that we have subtle covered and there is an in game contact for decking that a few have taken as a contact....so probably a Street Sam that happens to have a sneaking skill and some silencers ;-)

Re: OOC Thread #2
FYI for Iris.

Sleight, Keys, and Bester went up stairs, out of LOS with the rest of the bar as far as I understand. The Cheers bar from the TV show didn't have a place to view upstairs/downstairs that I ever saw (only watched about 5 episodes). Unless Iris went to the base of the stairs and looked up I don't think that Sleight becoming visible would have been able to be seen. Not that I don't want Iris to see Sleight, just that he waited till he was out of LOS from the rest of the patrons of the bar to drop the spell. Kinda doesn't want to have to deal with those Orks or anybody else spying on people.

He doesn't know if the Orks are working for Jack or for the bar or what...

Another street Samurai would be welcome, but I'd love a decker, just because I typically don't have to pay a PC decker more than their share :P And I know they are always available!

That said play what you think is fun! That's the most important.
