Yes, you get the normal +15 if he is found guilty and then an additional +5 because of the special rule in this scenario. Perhaps this is enough for players to actuallly think about the suspects for a change rather than just concentrating on the conspiracy puzzle and plots.

Floyd's Tech cards are the equivalent of Rachel's Cyberware cards. These are cards that once played stay face up in front of you and grant Floyd benefits such as being able to do more each day or follow up leads more efficiently. Get some of Floyd's tech cards deployed ASAP is a solid strategy to follow, although you need to hold some in your hand first!

couple questions:

if i go to lily lockwell, can i draw a conspiracy tile instead of an evidence token?

plot resolution will happen after turn 3, so if i choose light and cancel my third directive, is it correct that i will not have to be at haas bioroid at the beginning of turn 4?

1) No, sorry. And reading the rules carefully I see that Lily Lockwell doesn't even give you an evidence piece - she let's you select a piece already place on a suspect, reveal it. That's all. Pretty so-so for spending 1 time, but is it worth 1 trauma? Only you can decide. Keep in mind that the active player moves her, not the player on your right, so at least you can move her somewhere annoying for another player.

And of course, one you're finished with Lily you can still follow up on leads at the location.

Conditional Order: I would like to play the Rachel card on her next turn, when Rachel uses time and has 4 or fewer time left.  I want to light shift 3, assuming the +/-1 is correct.

i'm putting perjury on Mark so that he looks more attractive to hit, in case that is revealed.  just hope that Caprice doesn't think he is innocent!

the caprice card does not seem very effective, so i'm going to hold out and hope that by some miracle rachel drops below three cards, perhaps by burning some cards to fund other cards.
