whichever comes up first.  If neither comes activates, then play

Yes, it does count. Floyd has some tough restrictions on him.

And once the leads have been moved and conspiracy pieced placed, that is the end of day nine! Plots need to be resolved - I'll do that tomorrow. Although, Floyd should feel free to tell me know which resolution he is selecting.
