This card costs 0 time to play. Play when you enter a restricted location without a warrant to avoid losing 2 time for doing so.

"No, we're not playing poker ever again" (Green Plot) (2)
This card cost 0 time to play. Play when you follow up a lead. After spending the evidence from the lead, draw another piece of evidence from the pool and spend it as well.

Caprice Dark Cards:

"Dose her with more somastatin" (Green  Plot) (5)
Play at the start of Caprice's turn. Caprice choose one light card in her hand to keep, then discards all of her other cards as well as all of her favours. Caprice gains 1 sanity.

Is that supposed to be just +15 if Noise is guilty, or is there an extra +5 for some reason?

Also, some of my cards say that I have tech cards.  What are these?

Yes, you get the normal +15 if he is found guilty and then an additional +5 because of the special rule in this scenario. Perhaps this is enough for players to actuallly think about the suspects for a change rather than just concentrating on the conspiracy puzzle and plots.

Floyd's Tech cards are the equivalent of Rachel's Cyberware cards. These are cards that once played stay face up in front of you and grant Floyd benefits such as being able to do more each day or follow up leads more efficiently. Get some of Floyd's tech cards deployed ASAP is a solid strategy to follow, although you need to hold some in your hand first!

Conditional orders on your Caprice card aren't relevant as you don't have the karma/cards to play it at the moment - well not unless you cashed in 3 light cards to help pay for it!
