Post Humanity OCC
Well here we are. I've separated everyone into two groups, both for ease of play and to seperate out similiar concepts, but in some cases there is a bit of overlap. Its bound to happen, but will hopefully lead to some interesting role playing.

I'm leaving this as the one OCC so we can all chat. If need be I can create a seperate OCC for each group if neccessary, but lets see how things go.

Here are the chatacter creation guidlines,

Everyone builds a PL 3 character, send it to me. Then we bump the chracters up to PL 8. I'm starting everyone off in whatever location the want and will begin bringing some (or all) of them together over time. That will give me a chance to see how everyone posts and if we have any drop outs it will be easier to deal with.

Welcome to Post Humanity...

If there is anyone interested in starting off together (should your backstory mesh with mine) I'd be up for that.

Marc is a bounty hunter/private investigator type.

And/or hedging his bets. :)

Hi everyone. Laurene is a college student (sophomore by the time we get started, possibly). My default is Texas, but anyplace within an hour of the ocean works for me, if anyone is interested in collaborative backstory.

In reply to Ghost in the Machine (msg # 1):

Hello all! I am happy to be selected a part of group one.

Crystal Reyes is a Hispanic student athlete who participates in both Soccer and Track(Sprints & Relay)who also enjoys watching especially Lucha libre(wrestling). Crystal and her family (Mother, Father, and two brothers) own and operate The Lyons Pride Automotive. Detailing, and Body Shop.

I am very willing to work with anyone on a collaborative background.

Texas works well for Crystal as a unified point of origin. So Laurene, if you have a good idea for a college our characters can attend, I would be happy to have her be a freshman there.

Or maybe Crystal's brother is romantically interested in Gabrielle. :)

Hi everyone, I chose to play more of a simplistic character for a change. He is just a simple brute but a nice guy. Not sure where to make him from so K am open to ideas. He has a sister going to medical school and he wanted to be a football player but due to injuries ended up being a mechanic instead.

Spoon here, Former British soldier now Iím traveling around North and some of Central America taking in the sights, working odd jobs here and there when I need too. Donít know if we are intent on starting in the same location but spoon might be anywhere in his travels.

Just counting on attrition I think. Usually a good bet.

Are we role-playing the change from normal to developing powers? Or do we already have them when game starts?

Re: Post Humanity OCC
As for starting in Texas, they have strippers there, right? Works for me :-)

I've never been to college, work as a dancer, need to live in a city but could be a small city, doesn't have to be Dallas. But it could be.

In her spare time she dances (without taking her clothes off) keeps fit, takes MMA (not a lethal weapon by any means but it's dangerous on the bottom rungs of society, she wants to be able to take care of herself). Let's say she's also enrolled in a community college. She knows she won't be dancing forever, wants to run the club some day.

Re: Post Humanity OCC
Texas sucks. Too hot. Too dry. Nobody can drive worth a damn.

But that's cool because as the GM said we don't gotta be from the same place. So you go on and Texas it up, I'll stay up north in civilization, in the best city in the world Chicago. Go Cubbies! (And Bulls, and Bears, and Black Hawks...)

To many guns for me in Texas. Though Chicago could work.  Also Clive you could be a person he works with.

Re: Post Humanity OCC
Naw, man. Just be from wherever you're from. What are the chances that two coworkers would both have powers?

Where you're from should have a big influence on who you are. Don't go changing just because I'm awesome and you want to know me. :)

By the way GM.  Could we make our characters PL1 instead of 3.  Just that 45pp is allot for me to spend on a guy who just works on cars.
