People have started asking me awkward questions about trading outside of Tusk/Midmarch - so I thought I ought to get my act together and write something.

This might look as if I am having a go at V&A - It isn't meant to be. I have been winging most of those transactions - which works while there is only one business interested. It doesn't work when there are more people interested in setting up trade routes.
I also know some of these ideas sound draconic, but that reflects the political makeup of the settlements and the difficulty of getting established in a 'foreign' town/country.
Perhaps food for thought for Tusk Council.
