There are three independent estates in Midmarch:

Lebeda-Ondari Estate:  Both Ringbridge and Mound belong to Cyrus and Valoria Lebeda-Ondari.

• Ringbridge is a fortified town that guards the only bridge across the Shrike River and, potentially, at a cross-roads.  The main road between Varnhold and Midmarch/Tusk will cross the bridge and one day there will be a water-borne trade route, between Restov and Tusk, along the River Shrike.  It is the second largest settlement in the Southern Region and boasts a good range of facilities and businesses.
• Mound is a new development that serves as an outpost for Ringbridge.  It is set on the far side of the river and, as yet, undeveloped.

The Vallani Estate:  Whiterun and Feyfalls belong to Safiya Vallani, if she can can dig a canal between them, she will open a water-borne trade route between Restov and Tusk.

• Whiterun is a small town at the foot of the Shrike Cascades with water-borne access to both Ringbridge and Tusk to the south.
• Feyfalls is north of Whiterun, just above Crooked Falls with water-borne access to Restov in the north.

Aeris Estate:  Marik Aeris owns the villages of New Dawn and Ironkeep, as well as a charter to manage contact with the Kobold holding at Sootscale.  Marik controls all the metal and mineral resources found in Midmarch.

• New Dawn is the House Aeris 'flagship' settlement, it is close to a gold mine and is destined to become a town soon.  It has also become the 'destination of choice' for Dwarves, as Clan Stigmar and Clan Silverhammer both have holdings here.
• Ironkeep is a village built around an iron mine.  It has a strong dwarf presence, but there isn't a lot of option for development here.

"Excuse me," Rose asks a bit nervously.  "I would like to upgrade my magical supply shop to a Magic Services shop, But I don't have all that much that I can  contribute towards the running of the town."

Cyrus smiled at the request from Rose, “Your contribution will be sufficient. Consider the improvements my commitment to our mutual prosperity and an advanced payment for future goods and services for my wife, family and the Ringbridge community at large. We are thrilled at your desire to grow your business and will remain committed to the prosperity of all who come to Ringbridge seeking to better their own lives by contributing to the common good.”

"Greetings Cyrus, it has been too long since I visited you and Valoria in Ringbridge," Andalon began as he stepped forward to shake Cyrus's hand.

"We are planning some investments in Cheapside (in Tusk) and at Kunlun and Newgate, but we will still have some resources (1BP) to spend on developments promoting the faith of Abadar or promoting and facilitating trade. Would you welcome the suggestion of a Great Shrine of Abadar (1BP, Loy+1, Stab+1) here in Ringbridge? (Potentially upgraded to a Chapel in future?). Of course, if you have some other use of our investment in mind that would benefit both Ringbridge and the church of Abadar, I would be more than happy to discuss it."

Domitius is greeted by Aranel, an elderly teacher and follower of Grandmother Crow. "Lady Safiya is away on business matters in Restov, but I can speak in her stead on this matter. While new business could be a good addition to a town, I am just not sure Whiterun can accommodate it at this time. It would be entirely unseemly to build any more shops until we first deal with the issue of a growing number of children and destitute not being able to afford food. Unless WSM wishes to help with that as well?"

At the moment I can't raise economy any further without causing problems, and I lack the funds to do anything about that as just about everything I have is going towards my big project this round. So, unless WSM wants to wait on that shop, I will have to ask for a contribution to the Whiterun widows and orphans fund. Quite literally, as a donation of 0.5 BPs could allow me to build an orphanage to balance out the stats, and then WSM could have their shop this round.

When there is a lull in the discussion Alanna stands, wearing a forest green colored dress with a plunging neckline to accentuate her ample bosom. It's difficult not to notice the slight bump in in her stomach and the glow in her face. "House Aeris is happy to announce that New Dawn has seen significant success over the last few months, with visitors at the road house increasing steadily and requests for additional services. At this very moment, we have work crews clearing the area surrounding the road house and are happy to announce that New Dawn will be expanding to a city.

In order to ensure the safety of our residents and those wishing to do business in our growing city, we will be expanding our watchtower to a fort, ensuring a constant military presence to defend our citizens from marauders. In addition, we have been working with local farmers and are happy to announce that we will be setting up a market in the town center so that our citizens can acquire food and other necessities.

With our town growing, we would be happy to entertain requests for investment in our bustling community."
