But I couldn't help myself and stay away." Kendrick stood in his full suit of armor and longsword at his side. He shifted the shield over his back, "How did you all want to do this? Free for all with the last man standing the winner?"

Just as a reminder.

Duelling is un-armoured and with a  blade provided by the duelling salon - it is a test of pure swordsmanship.

Equipment available is:
  • Aldori Duelling Sword,
  • Falcata,
  • Rapier,
  • Dagger,
  • Short Sword,
  • Buckler.

Cyrus, you may want to use a dueling sword :)
IF you have the Exotic Weapon Proficiency for the dueling sword, then you can treat the weapon as a finesse sword. BUT for those without the feat, then it is a longsword.

Kendrick selected the Aldori Duelling Sword and a buckler.

So unarmored. This also means magical items too?
So then it's only stats and dice!

Any more for the Duelling Challenge?  This is open to any character, and I have a couple of NPCs who wouldn't mind joining on, IF there is a Player to run them :)  But - only one character per player  duelling, please.

  • Cyrus


With five contestants it looks like a Round Robin format.

We'll start the duels between Christmas and New Year -  so only a few days left to join in.

If the 4 combatants could post their introduction and choose a starting corner like Adoven has, that would be great.

Additionally include a line private to me with your initiative and first round actions and I will resolve both.
