As previously agreed, Adoven is building a Town Hall and a Tavern in Sirian. 2.5 bp creates +1 Econ, +1 Stab, +1 Loy.

Adoven is building a shallop in Tusk that will sail down to dock at Mivon. It will be stationed at Mivon. Adoven is taking 2 bp generated in Jovvox and transferring them to Mivon, where they will erect a Shop (2 bp cost, generates +1 Econ). This will establish a Local base in Mivon and set up a Lesser Maritime Trade route between Mivon and Tusk.
