Newgate = Newgate, Eastgate and Westgate.
Vallani Estates = Feyfalls and Whiterun.
Aeris Estates = New Dawn, Iron Keep.

He smiles and says "I am currently working out the details with Safiya, but I plan to open a shop in Feyfalls to peddle V&A's merchandise. I may also be investing in a new district for the Town as I plan to create a maritime base there as well. As for Ringbridge, Brother Frug would like to expand his apothecary create Healer's supplies and kits. I foresee the growth in Ringbridge and anticipate that it may grow enough to compete with Tusk for Trade. I would ask permission to expand our jetty there to a proper pier, and expand the local Market to one that caters to all in the region."

"I am please to announce that New Dawn continues to prosper and grow. We continue to seek business owners and entrepreneurs that wish to invest in our town and see it prosper, especially those interested in arcane pursuits, as well as hospitality and entertainment for Duskside.
In order to ensure a safe and hospitable environment for all who live in, or visit, New Dawn, Lord Marik will be surrounding the entire town with walls capable of providing a strong defense from marauders or others who might threaten the peace. In addition, Marik's Minerals, Lord Marik's trading enterprise, will be adding a shipping office and warehouse to the merchant district as well as an additional mule train to carry necessary goods. We will also be providing a lovely park in Duskside for all to enjoy. And finally, Lord Marik will be building the first observatory in Midmarch to enable those with arcane or academic interests to observe the movements of the stars above."

"I'm afraid Lady Vallani could not agree to your proposed deal. Your terms were most generous, but her own plans for future development of Vallani Estate had to take precedence. Instead, she has instructed me to give you a counter-offer: an allowance to build a merchant shop in Feyfalls in exchange for a small contribution towards future development of the town. I believe that even this limited deal would serve the interests of V&A in establishing your influence on trade at Feyfalls."
New offer - Merchant Shop in Feyfalls for 0.5 BPs. I'll probably spend it towards building a park there.

Master Hagrym, we would be pleased to see Sword Lord Domitious expand, and look forward to trying a horseless carriage, when you get around to making one.
Lord Adoven, We would be delighted to see you build on your successes at Ringbridge, but would ask for a small contribution to the social wellbeing or to the infrastructure of the town, before we give permission for your Apothecary developments.
Upgrade Wainwright to Exotic wainwright (+1 spec) No balance issues.
