I'm getting there.  I've worked out how comments work on the template I am using (I don't like it much, but it does work)  now I need to find out how to let people follow the blog.  However, that might take a while longer.

I haven't bothered to put it on the blog this time -  but this is the Draft for my new campaign rules.  I'm trying to keep the good bits from the old system, with a few tweaks that make it a bit easier to run.  The Development rules should help slow development down, and make creating an independent wilderness city state a major achievement for a party (as opposed to an individual).
