Only one at a time?.........What's your secret? I must know because I get attacked by falling branches like 3 or more during rainstorms.....a whole tree once during a hurricane.

I got hit by the earth in 91, I fell of the peak of a roof when I was doing a roofing job. shattered my left foot. 4 surgeries and a teflon arch by the time it was all finished.

By the way my mom's back in the hospital, she another stroke this morning. That's number seven. she's had quintuple heart by pass surgery, and six stints put in around her heart already. she'll be 78 next month. I worry alot about how much longer she'll be with us.

Sorry to here that. Hoping things turn around but here if you need me if well they don't.

  As for hitting the ground broke my arm one day falling 40' from a scaffold onto concrete standing up. Two inches in any direction and I would likely not be here. That was the closest I have come other than a mini stroke and what I think were 2 heart attacks.

Yacob THINKS he had two heart attacks? I know what you mean. I may have already too, had a heart doctor tell me I had, but I didn't know it.

So far I'm lucky on the personal health front,I have diabetes and mild COPd's from years of smoking. But other then that for a 57 year old I'm fairly healthy no heart issues at all yet, weight stay's around 210 and at allmost 6'5" the doc's say that's ideal. I think working construction my whole life has alot to do with my physical shape.

Yacob I think falling is the easy part, it's the landing that sudden stop when you slam into Tera Firma is the hard part. my fall was from allmost thirty feet really screwed up my left foot hip and knee. The doctors said I should have at least been hurt alot worse if not dead,  most people don't make it when they fall that far onto a cement slab. But I'm allot like you, one motor cycle wreck hit by two cars while walking one when I was on a bike. have not done a semi yet so it's still on bucket list and I've just added trains and planes to the list. So if you see some one else one that tarmac yelling. Hit me ! hit me ! I dare you ! To an on coming plane that will be me

I'm 57 too, be 58 on Wednesday. Diabetes and High blood pressure and high cholesterol. 315 lbs. The sudden stop is always painful!

  Yeah it wasn't a sudden stop. I bounced.

My body had taken a lot of abuse over the years .
I do have the dubious distinction of having run myself over with a truck.  Good times
