That is pretty much accurate.

Quinn....half the armor is dwarven size but one studded leather, one leather, the unusual leather plates, a chain mail, the half plate, the two elvish chain mail and banded mail are suited for human/orc/elf/half elf.

Kell's Greatsword and Greathammer are both sized for Ogres (Large weapons) and both have faint magical auras, I believe.
