I heard this thing was posted on every message board, like, ever, the night after that insane riot where the preacher guy got killed.  At midnight, too.

Here's a copy of it.  Maybe you can make sense of it.

Hey!  Looking for some cash?  I hear the yakuza are paying quite a bit for information regarding 'people with powers'.  Supposed to be a pretty penny, too, depending on how well the tips pan out.

Of course, we all know that it is only through the Enlightenment of the Technocratic Authority that a person can overcome their limitations.  Perhaps they're looking for some rogue operatives or something?
