Re: OOC II

Hahahaha!  Editing now.

Also, we have a Staff of Frost!

Am I the only Druid, Sorcerer, Warlock, or Wizard?

Re: OOC II

I believe so. I'm not multi-classed. I was considering a level or two of fighter though. Getting a boost to accuracy and action surge is probably worth it.

Yes, you're the only one who can use the staff, Rissa.

Rissa, you can make the magical cottage shrink back down to its normal size. Otherwise, it will shrink automatically after 8 hours. You can only make it grow and shrink twice per day.

Re: OOC II

Are you ready to head back to Milborne now? If so, which path do you want to take: through the keep and the Thornwood OR through the mines?

Rissa would want to get to the surface and see the stars.

Re: OOC II

Going through the Thornwood is probably more dangerous, but I could be swayed either way.

Three Elks:
"So does anyone know what exactly and Illithid is?" he asked with a raised brow.  "Those little guys sure seemed scared of them."

That's actually a good question, would we have ever heard of Illithids?

Re: OOC II

None of you would have ever encountered them, but I think it is reasonable that you might have heard stories of the underground-dwelling mind flayers at some point. While you wouldn't know much about them, you would know that they are very powerful and evil.

Re: OOC II

FYI: The journey back to Milborne will be about 40 miles.

At a normal pace, that will be just over 13 hours of travel time.

Let me know if/when you intend to rest on the return journey.

I think we should rest after about 9-10 hours of travel. What do you guys think?

Re: OOC II

Works for me.

Rissa wouldn't mind a short rest first, but that will always be true of a Warlock. Even a multiclass one.

Re: OOC II

9 hours will get you back to the mines, which would be a good place to find a secure spot to rest.

Re: OOC II

After you rest and return to Milborne, Snagger will be sticking with you, but Kuiper will not. You're going to need an additional party member (maybe two) for the next part of this story. I'll bump the advert for this game now, and then the new character(s) can join you in Milborne.

Also, if any of you are looking for another Dungeons & Dragons 5e game, I am getting ready to start a new one: link to another game.

Re: OOC II

Everyone welcome Jinx! I think she'll be a nice addition to the party.

Lucien, if you are interested in the other game, send me an RTJ over there ASAP (even if it is incomplete) so I will know to save a spot for you. I'm only looking to run one party and I've already got four characters chosen.
