-melf's acid arrow (100 gold and 4 hours)

So total is 550 gold and 4 days (2 days if Lorrain does nothing else)

Yeah, please feel free to use party funds and the scrolls to transcribe. It's going to take a couple of days to get back to the trolls tunnels I think so you've got time.

On that note, while reading through the first meeting with the gnomes, I noticed that Carmenaren warned us about the illithids setting up an ambush when they learned that we'd killed off the bloodskull orcs. It's been long enough that we should probably not assume the tunnels are completely clear anymore.

I've got flaming sphere and firebolt :)
I will write a scroll for flaming sphere and you can concentrate on that. And it will last more than a round. :)

With all the plans regarding spell scrolls are you wanting to adjust your travel schedule, delay your departure from Milborne, or something else?

That is okay. Bless L1 only covers 3. With two casters we cover 6. The bonus to hit is nice, but the save bonus could be crucial.

I think a scroll or two of bless for Rissa is an excellent idea.

Certainly more than I could do with Bane or Hex.

That is correct, Lucien. However, in an earlier post, Lorrain indicated that he would need four days to copy the scrolls into his spellbook. And he couldn't copy them while traveling.

Let's give him enough time to transcribe Melf's and get us a scroll of Bless, then hit the road.
