The dark haired woman is last to speak.

"I am Captain Mary Reaver of the Seawolf. We are privateers who were between jobs. Roi-Tan here has hired us to help him with a problem. To my right is Denyse my Quartermaster. To my left is my Crewman, Sarai. As we are technically under our own command we are here to be part of this parlay."

Trina's eyes go wide in embarrassment and squeaks out an 'Eeepp!' at the elbow to the ribs, before collecting her wits and returning to decorum...

Clearing her throat she makes presentations, "{Ahem}... Honored Island Lords and Ladies I present her Royal Highness Princess Aanandita of the Ilse of Three Sisters."

She steps back gesturing to the Princess taking a place next to Thorrarlun her cheeks still flushing in embarrassment from the failing of diplomatic decorum.

Seeing they were kind enough to present their companions she continues, "I am Trinaephalaryeth 'Gilderleaf', half-elven, Fire Wizard and Warrior from the Great Wood of Caithness, and here Thorrarlun Blackiron, dawrven warrior of the Britons."

"Oh, hello Princess Aanandita, Trina. I'm Tycho! Tycho Renner." They smile, and from behind their bright hair two cat-ears flick - and there's a matching tail, as well. They don't seem at all surprised to see the pointed ears. "Actually, it's much more comfortable in here. I've got - um - well, uh, magic, I guess you could call it. Environmental control." They wave, a little nervously. "But it's really nice to meet people. I hope we can get along!"

Trina gazed at Tycho... uncomprehending as she could sense no permanent magic within... anything Tycho had on their person?

It had literally been Years since Trina was at a courtly function... trained though she was... her adventurer's impulsiveness and curious hungry mind for knowledge got the better of her and she softly incanted a detect magic spell with a little gesture...

There was no actual visible effect, but if Tycho could see into the infrared spectrum, they might notice a very subtle change in Trina's body temperature as she expended fatigue to power the spell...

To practitioners of 'The Arts'.. casting a spell without permission in a diplomatic function was ...'bad form'... casting before the meeting, had she thought of it, would have been perfectly fine... if kind of underhanded.  There were many magical effects that could influence the unwary mind especially in tense negotiations... it was not rude to be cautious, but crass to be so open about it!  Though these subtleties of magical decorum might be lost on the non-spellcasters present... except maybe the Princess.

But casting her spell she could find nothing magical upon Tycho at all, spell or otherwise!  She raised an eyebrow, her expression perplexed and her demeanor changing wary, her mind suspicious, 'Did Tycho just mislead us, for some reason? But why?!?'

Her brow furrowing slightly she stepped to the Princess' side and muttered softly, "There is no magic on Tycho... permanent, spell or otherwise..."

Just to be certain Trina cast her gaze across all present to see if there was Any magic present with any of them either...

Huh... the elf-like (not that Tycho had any room to comment, really) was suddenly winded, like she'd run a dozen yards... or used psionics. But there didn't seem to be any sign of it. Which, well, didn't mean a whole lot. Could be telepathy, a TK shield, who knows. Not like Tycho was a meta-psi. She did mutter something to herself as she did, but it would be polite to not mention it.

"So..." They smile and kick the sand. "Oh! This is Sparky! He's my robodog. That's, uh, a bit like... a golem?" Tycho shrugs helplessly. "I mean, technically it's a synthetic-learning system piloting a quad-frame, but I doubt that means anything to you." They laugh, nervously. "Not that it means a whole lot to me! I barely passed mechatronics, heh."

Thorrarlun seemed unruffled by the various appearances of people including the cat tails, pointed ears and mechanical dog. On the inside however, well, what was going on in there was anyone's guess, the only real outward indication was his firm grip on his rifle.
At the mention of his name he simply nodded a greeting to all around and lifted his armoured face mask.
"We are here for something. Let us be on with it."

The conversation between the Princess, the Islanders and the Privateers ends up going on for Hours. Sun shades, seats and fruit juice in coconuts is brought out. The princess has Thorrarlun taste her drink before she drinks it. The rounds and rounds of negotiations drag on into the Afternoon. As the day goes on pig on a spit is brought out and there is a break for a late lunch.

As it becomes obvious that there will not be any overt hostility between the parties. Everyone is invited to come to the meeting and for the groups to get to know one another. Food and drink is available to all.

As the negotiations are winding down for the day Everyone is invited to camp on the island. it turns out that there is a dock up the river on the eastern side that can take the boat.

Among the day's treasures is a local map with the names of the islands written out. Pirate bay is named because it is a hangout for pirates for as long as there are records of the area. Iron beach is another place that is a problem. it seems that there is something hostile to everyone including the pirates building something on the island. Almost as important as the local map is the news that the Pirates have an Oil rig and refinery to the Northwest and Off the local map.

Teruo will go ashore and look around, talking with the pirates and locals.

Trina will be openly friendly to all chatting about her home in Caithness and asking about the local's culture in return.  She will spend no more than 4 more fatigue entertaining with her magical pyrokinetic spells for the pig-cooking and general 'fireworks'.

It is CLEAR to all this young woman is magical... and charming!

Trina, your display of magical power gets the locals in on the act. Your performance is backed up by local fire dancers. Soon with everyone fed and somewhat happy.

Teruo: you mingle with the group. While most of the people are uncivilized barbarians you do find something interesting. One of the Pirates, Denyse, owns a sword that looks Japanese.

Thorrarlun: you are surrounded by a group of drunk guys at least twice your mass. Still you give a good accounting of yourself when it comes to reducing the Porcine supply of the island.

Tycho: what are you doing?

Trina is utterly delighted by the island native's 'fire-dancing' and incessantly pesters them to teach her all their fire-dances, their meaning and their history in their cultural legends and lore!

Dancing [13-] is one of Trina's favorite hobbies and she prides herself on her grace and skill!  She unabashedly throws herself into learning the native fire-dances with girlish joy!

Dancing... Is magical too!

As usual, Thorrarlun was the life of the party. Him providing the vast bulk (if not all) the drinks probably helped, especially with washing down the copious amount of spit roasted pig on offer.
He took care however not to get inebriated himself, he took his duty as the Princesses bodyguard seriously, but if others were drunk, didn't that make them somewhat less of a potential, or at least effective threat?

Hearing the boisterousness of dwarven merrymaking Trina directed her efforts to not only drag Thorrarlun but also Teruo along dragging them both insistently into taking part in enjoying the dancing.  Her smile and laughter infectious!

To Tycho... Trina's magic made no sense it could not be 'sensed' as any form of psychokinesis but its effects were Quite obvious and real!  Fire flowed to her command with the uttering of a few simple words and focused mental will.  Whatever quantum manipulation she was doing it eluded any of her technological senses to identify other then the clear physical fatigue effects upon her body as if she were using some from of psionics.  But no psion emissions or wavelength transmission could be discerned from Trina whatsoever!

Trina could try dragging a hundred and fifty kilograms of resisting muscle, steel and kevlar away from the food, drink and many, many off key drinking songs, but Thorrarlun didn't like her chances...

Trina just laughed and laughed at the fun of at least trying ~ resorting to soft-core feminine 'whiles' to tease and cajole the reluctant but not quite inebriated enough dwarven curmudgeon to the dancing circle; giggling with every flirtatious attempt!

She is clearly having fun... At Everyone's Expense!

The partying lasts into the night.
Trina you do get invited to bed by several people. Mostly they are Islander guys who find you cute. However it seems that the pirateers would not mind if you joined one of them.
Thorrarlun, you end up with a group of warriors telling tales of their battle prowess. Lucky for you someone has video of some of your exploits. the scene where you jump on a monster's back and ride it like a bull until it hits a stone column and knocks itself out is a hit.

Teruo you get taken aside to get a detailed talk about the sword. Her names is Denyse and she's the quartermaster of their boat. She acquired the sword after a rather nasty fight on board a pirate ship. The Sword was kept in a chest by the Pirate leader. There is a very good reason that it was not used. the "エボンドラゴン" is a rather infamous sword on this world. Forged by a smith who had lost everything important to him, he poured his anger and hatred into the blade. Since then the blade has carved a path of blood across the world. Every so often someone gets their hands on it who acts as a guardian for the blade rather than use the blade for massacring their enemies. The ledgends of the blade seem similar to the Muramassa blades in which the blade itself is "Wicked" and evil tempered.

If the blade itself is evil, why has it not been destroyed?

The young elf-blooded maid enjoys the partying immensely changing dance partners frequently. Her sun golden hair spills around her like a pool of golden fire, and her sparkling emerald eyes like deep pools wide in wonder and joy.  As the sun sets and her magic wanes with the setting of the solar source of her magical power; she is flattered at all the attention paid to her!  Most young men she has found are intimidated or frightened by her fiery magical power, but not these exotic islanders.  Trina is not use to such attention and shyly, she coyly resists most offers ~ until a beautiful youthful lslander boy catches her eye!

He is tall and slender, his face long with high cheekbones, his hair in dreadlocks and his inky black smooth complexion is as dark as the moonless night but his eyes are bright.  His expression is kind and his smile as gentle his touch.  Half-naked himself as most of the islanders from the heat ~ his lean muscled body, exotic skin-tone and scent when close send her heart to fluttering and her body tingling with desire longing for his touch.

She does not resist when he takes her by the hand to lead her to a secluded jungle clearing to make love to her in the soft foliage under the open star-filled night sky in the moonlight.

Trina is… glad the clearing was secluded for she learns quickly her young lover is no stranger to a woman’s body and how to pleasure her… and she is not quiet when her fiery passions are awoken.

His touch is searing heat, his arms strong, his passions and appetites ~ deep as he ravishes her until consciousness flees her…

She awakens shortly later to find herself alone in the clearing naked in the moonlight to her surprise to find he is gone!  She flushes in embarrassment looking to find him… he never told her his name!

Trina returns to the party camp looking somewhat flushed, weak kneed and a little sore… perhaps a little breathless?  Kyrie, her familiar finds her worried from a brief inability to locate her…

She was still pondering this, when she is approached by two of the pirate women… Iman, and Yeng their smiles turn to concern seeing her confusion and offer to show her their ship and offer her a bath to cool down; perhaps the climate heat and dancing exertions were getting to her?  To which she agrees…

They take her to the ship and in passing she spots Teruo speaking with Denyse the exotic dark-skinned, hazel eyed quartermaster.  Perhaps, she feels a tinge of jealousy as Teruo made no pass at her despite her efforts to inspire one.  Iman and Yeng introduce her to the Quartermaster and her innate magic sense spots the enchanted/cursed katana.

Trina comments to Denyse, “Oh! That weapon is quite magical… so is my broadsword ~ QUADRAMORTE, the Licherender. What’s your sword named ~?”

She cocks her head reading the Japanese katakana eteched into the blade...
as she’s been studying in her travel with Teruo, “..Ebon Dragon? Interesting!”

Trina was feeling conflicted she wanted Teruo’s attention, was trying to impress him and was not sure she wanted to leave him alone in the company of the exotically pretty quartermaster Denyse!

But, it then seemed as if Iman and Yeng felt Trina was paying far too much attention to Teruo and interjected that the bath was waiting below decks.

Trina noticed an exchange of looks between the three women, Denyse, Iman and Yeng… but the Quartermaster only nodded and the Iman and Yeng led Trina away…

The bath was really refreshing a huge tub… more of a small pool tub in the hold to which Iman and Yeng joined her.

It was quite a surprise to the innocent Trina when both Iman and Yeng began to touch and caress her tenderly… they were clearly interested in her and let her in no uncertain terms know they found her beautiful and desirable…  Their kisses soft and tender, their touch tickling caressing her and rebuilding quickly the fires of desire within her heart and body.  They suckled her and hugged her between them her gasps of pleasure punctuating an evening full of passions!

The bath was only the beginning… but it was certainly an experience Trina enjoyed…

When she woke in the morning Iman and Yeng were still wrapped tenderly around her body and Trina smiled contentedly…

Mary walks into the room with Trina, Iman and Yeng. She smiles at the trio as she steps next to the bed. Leaning forward she kisses her crewwomen intimately.

"Good morning. I hope you enjoyed last night. "

Mary sits on the edge of the bed. Iman and Yeng seem relaxed with their captain walking in on them with a woman. Her crewwomen sit up and expose their upper torsos.

"We dod not normally take people we have just met home with us. For this is home to the entire crew. For you we have made an exception. We like you and would like for you to join us....or at least be a friendly port of call while we are in the area. "

Mary looks Trina over while waiting for a response.

Trina sits up in bed completely unashamed of her nakedness... her sunny golden hair wildly tousled about her head and shoulders her bright smile completing her sun goddess appearance.

"I understand Captain Mary, I felt the same about 'My' ship back in my world it was my home..."

Then her pretty emerald eyes sadden as she lowers her gaze, "...it is very.. painful to consider my crew and adventuring family's lives may have been claimed by the sea and warpstorm.. for only I arrived on the Isle of the Three sisters alive no others of my crewmen or adventuring family have been found."

But catching herself... she steels her emotions and looks with all seriousness at the captain, "..I owe the Princess my life.. its not a debt so honorable abandoned... but you may call upon my power and skill if you have need of a Wizard and Warrior.. or.. more intimate attention if you have such desires.  Each of us is alone in the world... and heartfelt affection from sisters in arms and hearts is.. appreciated and something of more value than mere wealth or even power."

We lost a quarter of us the first attack by a dangerous beast. Bandits got others. eventually it ended up just Tiffany and myself. We left Michelle in a brothel in Argent port. "

Mary says sadly there is much unsaid about her experience. Yeng takes her hand to comfort her captain.

"I would love to have you part of my crew. However if you are serving another then I will not steal you away from them. I have need of a good crew because I have a plan to build myself a fleet of ships. Pirate bay has a port that is used by Pirates and slavers. If I can raid that I can get my hands on more ships and from the prisoners get more crew members. With enough ships and people I can take the Oil platforms to our Northwest. I would then have the means to control the seas around here. Iran out of gas so I am negotiating with Roi-Tan about getting fuel and borrowing his warriors. His people have been getting hammered by the pirates."

A blonde woman with a ring in her nose and multiple piercings in her ears walks into the room with a tray of food and drinks. She sets the tray on the bed and then kissed Mary. It is obvious that the pair are lovers.

"Trina, please meet my lover Tiffany. Tiffany please meet Trina. She seems to be a ladyfriend of the crew. While she canot join the crew she has expressed interest in joining us. Lets have breakfast and then we can gather the crew."

The blade in Question has a long and bloody history. It's been in countless battles since it's forging. The welders of the blade have been both hero and villain. Several major threats to the world have lost their heads to the blade. It seems that the bladeis not evil it just likes to fight.

You are given a tour of the top side of their ship and it is heavily armed with torpedos, depth charges, Autocannon and four Twin mounted Browning Machineguns. For it's size the boat is well armed.

The Pirate girls themselves have various small arms.

Teruo expresses an interest in the blade, though when Trina does pass through, he does return her gaze with polite interest. The ship is interesting, so he asks if he can introduce the captain to the princess they are working with.

The other array of weapons are interesting...is it an iron hull, with any naval guns?
