So 2 votes for 1 2 4 4.1 6 - any other votes? Anything else to be done before moving forward with that?

If we get a short rest, May and Mo will have to take point if we explore the monastery more.

Re: OOC

If you’re all ready I can assume you’re headed for the western door, but is there anything else you want to do before heading out? E.g. light source for Zora and Jak, anything to do with the bodies, (unconscious or dead)  or the clothes/armor?

I’ll make an initial post to the main thread later tonight, but you all should feel free to post what you’re doing next to the main thread also, including moving toward the western door, etc.

I suppose we should search the room, and a light source is always a good idea!

Re: OOC

In the interest of moving things along, is there still anything else you want to do in the current room?

If not, shall we move past the western door and open the one at the end of the short corridor?

Or, would you prefer to leave via a different exit (down the stairs, back through the main doors to the south, out the eastern door, dig a tunnel thru the floor =), etc.)

Let's stick with the plan, through the next door and hopefully around to where we left our stuff.

Re: OOC

Zora, the dagger is magical with +1 to hits and damage, 1d4 piercing, 1 lb., finesse, light, thrown (20'/60'). It's well-made, decorated with star motifs and a grip of night-blue leather. Doesn't make noise when it hits or cuts something. The name "Reszur" is graven on pommel. If the wielder speaks the name, the blade gives off a faint, cold glow, shedding dim light in a 10-foot radius until the wielder speaks the name again.

Re: OOC

DM:
Also just for clarification, is Morg still dragging Qarbo along?
I think Asano tried to freeze Qarbo's body with the Ray of Frost cantrip, with Morg carrying the decapitated head.

Morg would put the head into a sack eventually after getting back his backpack.

DM:
You're all clear to leave the monastery now, if that's what you'd like to do. What now?
Leave the monastery, try to get a long rest in a hidden spot in the wilds, before heading back to the Feathergale Spire?

Re: OOC

Since you're out of the monastery and probably looking for a campsite somewhere, feel free to interact freely now IC, particularly with Rona, since he's new to the "team" ;). Rona may have some information to share as well, just as when Zora arrived.

Just let me know the general area that you're looking to camp - e.g., just outside the monastery, in the surrounding small forest, in the hills further away, somewhere else on the The Dessarin Valley map, etc.

Just...after a nice long rest for our spellcasters who don't recover on a short one. :P

Yeah, Morg is useless without some rest.

Camp in the surrounding small forest, with neither Mayon nor Morg taking 1st watch in order to try and get at least a short rest if a long rest is interrupted?

If consensus is to return to the monastery after your long rest, I can set you all up there - I'll do so in the next couple days in case I hear otherwise.

Re: OOC

Well qarbo's head isn't going to be smelling too good if we wait a few days to get it back to Thurl. On the other hand, I have no problems handing a purifying head to the charming knight.
