Re: OOC

@Zora, note that you will lose concentration on Bless after casting a second spell requiring concentration (Silence).

Re: OOC

Assuming qarbo is the only real threat remaining, silencing him is probably more effective than a heal at keeping mayon alive!

Sadly the dice roller is not wanting to help with Rona's debut lol But he'll be what he's supposed to be. Annoying to fight.

@Zora nope, no flanking in the game, though I try to remember to grant advantage (or just rule that it succeeds with no roll) for doing creative/awesome things.

You can absolutely try - I'll give you advantage on that roll ;).

Re: OOC

Did the guards' cudgels look like something equivalent to a quarterstaff?

If so, may I edit my post?: running 35' (half movement +dash) instead to the unconscious guard at AC16, and grabbing it's cudgel with one hand as the free interacting with one object.

Man, I really wish Jak had a weapon. Did the guards or monks leave any lying around? Vicious Mockery isn't likely going to cut it for the rest of this confrontation lol!

Guard 1 probably also still has a cudgel.

I was thinking that if the cudgels are any good, of taking one and passing Reszur to Zora because she's probably strong enough to make good use of it (and it's my plan to lend it it to her anyway once Morg trusts her). A dexterous PC could also use it well tho.

As for Vicious Mockery, I used it a lot against high WIS monsters on Saturday in a face-to-face game. It failed most of the time but did kill a monster with a single point of psychic damage!

Also, loved Jak's monk/ki/key/monkey/door vicious monckery ;).

Just hoping the command sticks and stops him running away for now. Someone grab him if he comes back! Actually, that someone could be me...

Could have gone with guiding bolt for the last spell, but thought this was probably safer... we'll see, he's been saving a lot.

Mayon's got a quarterstaff if anyone ever wants to borrow it. He, doesn't have a whole lot of need for it with the negative strength score and such. :P

Both guards definitely have weapons, though the monks use unarmed strikes only.

Anyone who wants to pick up a guard weapon (lying near their unconscious forms) can obtain a very rocky-looking morningstar ;).

To answer Morg's question, yes, you can edit your post, and you can probably end up as close as AC18 with a morningstar in hand.

Re: OOC

Also @Zora, did you want to do anything with your spiritual weapon this round? You can move it 20' as a bonus action, for instance. You can edit your post if so.

Re: OOC

@Jak, note that you're not proficient with a morningstar (since it's a martial weapon) - which is totally fine and actually cool - just wanted to make sure you knew that you can't add your proficiency +2 to attack rolls with it ;)

Can't reach a guard to get it this turn unfortunately. Edited to move spiritual weapon thanks for reminder. Kind of forgot since it can't keep up to speedy Qarbo!

Edited to light up the dagger, offer it, and go grab G1's morningstar.

If Zora wants G1's morningstar instead of the the +1 magic dagger, she can ask for it and Morg'll toss it.

Re: OOC

Zora and Jak (or someone else),
the first person to ask (before I post), gets their pick of either the +1 dagger (simple and finesse) or G2's morningstar (martial). Morg will drop one of them near AC21 in round 9, so it can be picked up in round 10.

If no one asks, Morg will probably drop G2's morningstar there.
