Azraille wanted to return to Liska who was on the Comowe starship back at the entrance to the castle outside of the time bubble, and back in the past. So the Wizard obliged, and Azraile tumbled out of the portal onto the Comowe ship's deck.

The Comowe Captain shouts in surprise, "Wot are you doing here!? Get out there with the landing party, and find those missing guests!!"
